Thank you! I have never done a coc before... its stressful, the form was very long! Lol

neither this is my first time, the forms are horrible and the wait is so cruel😫xx

If so then yes! I hate forms and the amount of reports etc I had to copy and print :-/

yes coc here too, i rang for forms and they didn’t send the first lot so had to ring again but they still only gave me the time limit of when i first rang so ended up with only 10 days to get the forms done and sent in😫x

I’m 6 weeks in for my daughters coc and received a letter confirming they have received it last week saying it will take 11 weeks, but on here everyone waiting for a COC has been waiting 25 plus weeks

Mine took almost two weeks to arrive :-/

5/08 so a while away yet but wanted to get them off as soon as possible, first time renewal and wasn’t sure if it would take as long as a new claim

Thought I'd ring scan date 7th march, still nothing- she even got my SD wrong and said it was the 14th 🤣🤣🤣 I lost interest after that

I’m same date as you for MR I had called today early afternoon and was told the same thing by a male CM. He also said they are working on date 8/11. For once two people are being told the same thing

I think we won’t hear until around mid September , I won’t bother calling them then if you already have, I can’t remove the exact date that I called them to ask for the form but it’s got to be around 15 weeks mark now

I’ll ring back Wednesday next week and see what they’re on!

The CM I spoke to said call back after 3/4 weeks

@Tonichatt2288 i have just received a note on my uc journal confirming how much I will get back dated and said will be in my bank by 19th

i did message them this morning asking them to clarify when I will be receiving back payment

Oh right that was only 3 days wasn't it il drop a message on my journal now xx

wonder if I didn’t message would I have got the letter

They haven't updated my payments yet have they yours I checked earlier I'm gonna message them now x

UC question, what is the rate for disabled child element for high rate care DLA but no mobility?

I was shocked I received a letter because I’ve read on here that a lot of people hadn’t and for them to say 11 week and to contact them if it goes over this 😂 I don’t know why they even put wait times on the letters it’s never true!

This is my first renewal aswell, it seems it doesn’t go on wait times just when it’s due to run out. I’m not long before you were 12/7

hey!! I called up today!, a lady said my case is open but no singed to a descion yet!!.. what does she mean by my case is open?? Anyone know?.
