Hello when is it you count from the first call to get the forms or the actual SD that they backdate you? I didn’t get the form in on the date the forms told me to send back in time 🙈

I was late sending mine back as with Christmas i got side tracked. And they backed dated to scan date unfortunately not my date i called. However my daughters forms years ago they backpayed to the day i called as i was on time with hers x

Just rang for an update as I’m 25+1 MR
was put through to a CM, they are on 8/11 and working in date order to keep it fair to everyone! She said they’re getting through them quicker as yesterday they were at 7/11 and day before 6/11! She said it could still be 2/3 weeks as I’m 20/11

SD 24/01 new claim. Rang yesterday and was told been with a decision maker since 6th May and should have a decision by middle of next week, rang today to see if a decision had been made and told it’s still in a holding Que and won’t have a decision till July! 😭 does holding Que mean with decision maker then?

What was your scan date please? Just trying to keep an eye on dates - I'm not until early Feb but they seem to be getting through them quickly and I've only just sent extra evidence 🙃 x

I was told the same other day our scan date is 27/1 apparently with a case manger but got to wait another 10 weeks for a decision

Been watching NC SD 30/1 not heard anything yet hopefully not too long but they seem to be all over the place

It would be so helpful if they all says the same thing!

It’s getting ridiculous tbh people seem to be getting decisions at any date

Do you usually get confirmation of renewal forms been received. Been a few weeks now and havnt heard anything yet.

I sent my renewal signed for next day delivery and recieved a letter to confirm they received it a week later

hey lovely! i’d love to say up to 25 weeks like we’ve been quoted but realistically its between 25 and 30 weeks! my scan date was 29/11❤️
