I would ring and check this because they will backdate to your SD so I'd be making sure they correct it back to the January sd rather then missing 3 months worth of backpay x

Where does it say the 29th April? At the top of the letter or does it say something like thank you for your claim we received this on 29th April? Seems along time to be scanned on especially after already being told a scan date

received call yesterday from decision maker that I’ll have decision letter end of week!!
was told to wait the full 25 weeks (July) so was a surprise to hear from them

31/12 still waiting. I've been with a DM for the past week.

sd 9/1 dision been made on the 6th

Anyone heard back for a May renewal yet? Still waiting for the 16th

scan date 14/11 for MR 25 weeks today called this morning and was told not with a CM yet and to call back tomorrow morning.

coc 8/11 25 weeks +6days
Called this morning was given the 25 weeks script. Still not with a decision maker.
Was told to just wait for a text or letter rather then ringing

@Selblockh I know isn't it just! I didn't have it in me to ring yesterday so sat for over 50 minutes this morning waiting.
When he gave me the 25 week script and I replied with its over 25 weeks not, he said well only just! Which yeah from scan date it is but forms were received on the 25/10 took 2 weeks for them to scan it 🫣 He continued telling me about the back log of new claims and priority of claims. So I just said to him so basically how longs a piece of string when it comes to coc and he yes best to Just wait for us to text you 🤯 I reckon I'll be here another 4 weeks at least x

What a total piss take I don’t understand why the wait keeps getting longer and longer each time! Mine is MR 22/1 I can’t believe they still working on October claims how is that even fair to make people wait 6 months for decision which might be a decline!

I’ve been watching renewal they seem to be all over the place 😣 my sons isn’t due until July but it seems some June have been done already. What date did you post yours to them? Have you called?

It's just absolutely ridiculous and even more so is he's also just said to me that if the claim going to higher payment the backpayment will be paid from SD and I said I was told it would be paid from the date I rang to inform over coc amd he said yes but the form was returned/scanned 7 days late so it will be from the sd.... the scan date that is 2 weeks after yourselves recieved the claim the claim that was recieved a week before it was due back.... that claim....the claim that was ment to take 8 weeks then 11weeks then 15weeks then 20weeks then 25 weeks now no time estimate 🤔🤔🤔
Think I need a cup of tea now 🤯🤯🤯

@Curlycookie5ive seen some done well in advance and some a few days before, so annoying. I sent the form back early Feb and called last week, still wasn’t done then 😬

told to ring back next week when it’s 25weeks!
I saw a Facebook post yesterday that someone waiting for MR with scan date 27/11 was awarded so thought id try!
After my sons original claim was declined and waiting even longer for a MR I really hope it’s a positive outcome for my son 🤞

Dates are so mixed up it’s confusing!!

My renewal date is 9th June ive not heard anything yet, I received forms back in jan and sent then Feb scan date 28th feb but still not heard! Seen few been 3 weeks before end date and some literal days before! It's a joke that they leave it so soon before end date and give us little time to reorganise things for our little ones if renewal is declined! Hopefully we all hear something soon!

This will be interesting to see if they actually work on scan dates or renewal dates because my scan date is 4 days after yours but my renewal date is a month after yours. Is this your first renewal?

Surely yours must be done soon, if not already, good luck when you call next 🤞 I don’t get how they do renewals I know most of them are done before the renewal date but it just seem strange how some are done way in advance, it’s like they’ve got no list to work through

Been watching these threads a while, my SD 8.1.25 phoned Tuesday and is with decision maker but I've just had an appointment with consultant who can provide a lot of evidence, hoping we get awarded so I don't have to go through MR

I don't know how it works either, I'd assume it's by end claim date? And yes this is my first renewal, is it yours?
