Yes it will be on the confirmation letter when you do receive it I know they say can take a couple of days/weeks to be scanned but mine was received 22nd and scan date 23rd, however did take weeks to receive the confirmation letter

What a long wait 😣! Confrontations, what a good outcome and til 2032 aswell you must be made up ☺️

Sd 9/1 rang today with DM

i got 2 conformation letters

Iv only had the 1 confirmation letter and on the same day a letter requesting birth certificate

I am I wasn't expecting that lomg of an award to be honest x

Anyone know for uc Do I need to wait for the dla letter if I already know the start date of the award x

Your best off unless you know the rates awarded for definite

I do it's the date of my original claim from 25/03/2024 x

They told me the rates and backpack amount x

if you know the date and the rates then no harm in doing the uc before the letter

my scan date was 06/01 and was a NC, i just randomly thought I’d call today to see if there was a update and she had a decision had been made yesterday! I asked if she could tell me but said she couldn’t see only the update on one being made. do you think it’s going to be a decline as I’ve seen people say they get told over the phone, it’s been a long 17 weeks and I’m worried 🙈

so seems like there finally working through Januarys scan dates!

Really I’ve never had a letter requesting a birth certificate

I had to send my little ones waiting for a letter asking for second child’s

I didn’t even know they requested birth certificate's I’m very suprised my daughters claim is with the dm because when I rang last Friday it wasn’t the backlog must be so bad

I got awarded yesterday ring like normal but press 4 instead of the 3 so ring the number then 1 then 5 then 1 then 4 ..they told me the award on that x

Same SD NC no updates.

I sent mine on 25/2 only got letter with scan date yesterday, and scan date on it was 26/2

Has anyone else had this happen?!

I was given a scan date of 21/1 over the phone when getting a reference number to send extra evidence, however received a letter this week with the usual we’ve received your application, 15 weeks blah blah blah…but it says they “got it” on the 29th April!! I’m hoping they just made a simple mistake as that’s the date the letter was produced… otherwise a long wait just became a LOT longer!
