Mine nc sd 6/1/2025 eveytime I call they say 25week

So happy for you I rang last week and my daughters wasn’t even with the DM her scan date is 9/1

yeah they said exactly the same to me some claims are taking longer they need to update there letters as they say 15 werks

I’m COC sd 21/11 and phoned today to be told they are on October and looking at 30 weeks!

Yep definitely I think new claims all over place some with later dates been awarded and some from December still waiting it's frustrating see people waite only few weeks and some waiting months on end

It’s so frustrating I’ve seen someone awarded from the 16th Jan I just think it’s who’s desk the forms land on really

NC 20/1 just rang again and they took so many details, more than normal only to tell me nothing.
then it’s 25 weeks when all written correspondence says 15 weeks

I called this morning and they asked me so many more questions also

see they told me similar, except june, so honestly dont think they know what they are talking about because there are people with SD in jan and are getting their award, im the 14th so i really hope its soon

I have just had the letter on journal off dm how long does it take the payment team to work out the backdate please

What letter was it hun , did it tell you how much back pay they owe you?

My SD is the 9/1 NC I’m seen someone awarded from 16th jan

No just the one saying I can have backdate

yeah ive seen a few from that date too! maybe special circumstances x

If it was then it depends on your bank account, mine took 3 working days but some take 5 working days, hope that helps

That unfortunately is the first letter , you will receive another letter saying how much they owe you mine took one week after receiving this letter . Then it took 3 working days to hit my bank account.
