Yes it was,but I kept leaving messages on my journal for work coach , keep pestering.

Mr 14/11 SD 25 weeks on Thursday not optimistic

I don’t have a work coach so don’t really get a response

That doesn't matter,leave a message and someone Will pick it up and message the department that deals with it .

I asked a question as when I added my daughter my rent went down it took 3 weeks for a reply to that lol and I only got a reply because I called twice

Yes, the day I found out my son was awarded I did coc and then left a note for the work coach asking that my rent and the disabled element and careers is backdated back to the date my forms were stamped, it took them 2 days to reply and they told me it was being processed. Then I left another message asking for a update week later again told it was being processed, then into 5 weeks left another message and 2 days later I was told it was being sorted that day so would hear something in the next couple of days . And 6 weeks to the day I got backdated money into my bank account and my UC was then changed to what it should be when you get DLA .

I left a note and updated the day I found out I had a dm decide my daughters entitled to her own room I had the disabled child element added onto my last pay but havnt heard anything else except it’s been sent to a decision maker for the back pay

I know it's frustrating, but it took me 6 weeks hope that helps

Yeah that helps I go away at the end of the month and that would be 6/7 weeks

what bugs me with the 25 week wait is that they send out letters saying 15.
they shouldn’t give 2 wait times.

even more recent claims say 15 weeks.

I've just spoke to a manager she said there working on Mrs from 31st October x

Just woke up to money in my account! Not sure what rate trying to work it out. Rang last week and she wasn't even assigned a case worker yet! X

NC received on 13/1 just called and they said there is a huge backlog and will not hear back until mid July
