Hello everybody, I have made a new thread please put in your scan date, hopefully we hear some good news this month. please be kind and feel free to share scan date, entitlement award and what child is diagnosed with as others in similar position can feel uplifted in these stressful times. 💐

New claims (NC) are taking ‘around’ 20 weeks.
Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) & Change Of Circumstances (COC) between 20-25 weeks approx.
Renewals between 15-20 weeks approx
tribunals: when you disagree with MR and are considered by a court

scan date (SD) date form was scanned on the system and counting weeks for decision

original claim date: date you called up for the forms and you will be backdated

UC : universal credit
DWP: department of work and pensions
DM: decision maker; the person who assesses each claim and awards/decline a case

number for an update (0800) 121-4600

currently we are beginning of July and some last June dates! xx

15 weeks tomorrow for us. It’s definitely dragging. On one hand I don’t want a rushed decision to end in a decline and the other I want to know asap

I was 19 weeks yesterday and received 1935.65 so I think it's mrc and lrb but not 100% sure xx

I think it’s high rate care if I’ve worked out correctly ☺️ we only sent off a senco plan and all his appointments so fingers crossed for you all and hope this gives you all some hope xx

Also woke up to a back payment 😀. So pleased that's finally over! SD 08/07 and award of MRC and LRM for our daughter. So that's 19 weeks + 2 days, but decision was probably end of last week so that would have been less than 19 weeks. Someone is going to get very spoiled this weekend 😁Now on to getting the UC backdated! Congratulations to the other awards this morning and good luck to everyone else still waiting

Congratulations to the ladies who got awarded! I have seen quite a few this morning from the group I am on that had a SD 08/07 and 09/07! I spoke to a lovely man yesterday who said to me that although my 20 weeks is 29/11 he doesn’t think I will wait that long to hear so fingers crossed, the anxiety I have had from all of this waiting. I do really think ours will be a decline 😔 x

congratulations to all awardings💗 mines 1 week after yours I hope to hear soon! I sent off evidence that my daughters now referred for bladder incontinence (bad spelling sorry) cause it’s day time leaks to now plus still bed wetting should I ring and tell them it’s also day time to ?

I just rang they transferred me to someone higher as I’m over 20 weeks. He said on the phone his team leader will pass it to a designated decision maker and I should hear back with in a couple of days as it’s usually fairly quick. But he did say he has to add on another 2 weeks but it’s never usually that long. Ohhh the dreadful wait 🙁

Managed to call them and told no decision yet. It should get looked at by tomorrow maybe even later today 🤞🏻 hopefully you get some good news
