@Kell85 ive put my complaint in aswell. I thought id told them on the 29th but i looked back and it was 22nd May. So once id realised it was 6 weeks i thought no chance. It should only take a month to sort. I complained at 4 weeks last time, someone advised from a different thread for child disabled element and it worked! Let me know how you get on! Hopefully your letter with payment amount soon! ❤️

Mine was the 20th I told them. They are an absolute joke, I hope they sort it for you soon as well x

Waited all day, just called and got "it's with a decision maker". It's been with a decision maker for weeks and was put as priority a week ago on Friday. I keep being told a decision is imminent.
Anyone else feel like they just tell you what they think you want to hear just to get rid of you?
Having a really stressful and exhausting few days with extra meltdowns off all 3 of my SEN children, and this wait is just adding to me feeling stressed and deflated.

Sorry to hear you're having to wait such a long time and especially as it went as a priority now.
Can I ask what made it become a priority? How do you do that or what makes it a priority? X

@ArtfulJoker didn't take long to get through was a nice man told me everything I needed to no about me sons renewal even though I only needed to no if they received evidence 🤣 so then I thought we'll let's have a little chat.. said so you so honest not like the rest of the grumpy ones can you tell me what's going on with the current waiting times as my friends been getting lied to alot and is scared to ring up now its causing her stress and anxiety but her claim is 19th march.. he said he can't discuss anothers claim I said I don't want to discuss another's I just want a bit of advice on to when she will no around like we're you at with the claims.. he said start of March they on but should have an outcome before 5 weeks on dates around 19th.. he also said there's around 49 thousand claims to get through 😯 so I said well what happens if you need to speak to school they brake up soon will you have to wait for them to go back to school he said no they won't contact school for claims during school holidays.. I've picked his brains a bit hopefully helped alot of unaswered questions so hang in there hope this as eased your mind a bit ☺️❤️

Hey upto 5 more weeks he said if you don't here nothing in next 2 I'd ring up and chase it up..

Got awarded last friday got the text to say we had been awarded, still not had the payment go in the bank! Has anyone had this an waited this long for it to go in seeing so many never even got the texts or letters just went straight in, need to update uc also so waiting for the letter to see how far back they have awarded us from, left them a message on my journal on monday but obv not had a reply!

@Emma2345 (Sorry if that sounded blunt) long day! 🤦🏻‍♀️ really hope your daughter gets the outcome she needs- that sounds so tough! You must constantly be worried. My son is ok with danger it’s more hitting himself and frustrated as he’s non verbal. So hard for them and us. Def get that extra evidence in it can’t hurt ! Xx

No don’t be daft it really didn’t sound blunt and yeah it’s a constant worry and battle with her ,, I will get all the extra evidence in today thankyou so much ❤️

When i called the friday morning they checked all that though when they go through security questions so they do have the right details the stress is horrible waiting to know 🙈 xx

3-5 days and Monday would be the first day so yes today would be 4 and tomorrow would be 5. So annoying for you that it hasn't already landed in your account.

Finally got awarded yesterday, and rang again this morning to confirm all the details and dates so I could update universal credit.
I explained I was really struggling financially, and it was having a huge impact on my daughter as she will only eat certain foods and can't cope with the change of me not being able to afford her clubs and that I can only work minimal hours because she can't cope with me working anymore and that it was mentally draining causing stress and anxiety (all true and her dad doesn't pay maintenance, that's a whole other story with CMS 🙈) and she said they'd mark it as priority, although I don't think it actually did anything x

Final award was HRC 🥳 finally sorted! 12/03 scan date.

fingers crossed to everyone today! I hope you all get the awards your children deserve and they don’t take forever for the rest of the march dates ❤️
Now to fight UC on back pay 🙃

So annoying, just tried to call before but then my son had a melt down so impossible to even have a conversation on the phone with him being here with how long you can be on hold for as bad as that sounds 🙈 so if its not gone in tomorrow will call when ive dropped him at nursery
