Madeofstarstuff that's exactly what has happened with me. I have a couple of weeks of amazing losses then fall off the wagon spectacularly!
For me it's just not sustainable.

I'm trying to distract myself from eating crap by cleaning the kitchen floor grout. What a rock and roll life I lead Grin

Yesterday -

B - scrambled egg on toast (heb) (1 syn for spread)
L - homemade soup (butternut squash, carrots, onion, garlic, veg stock)
D - homemade chilli con carne, rice, tortilla chips (3 syns for a measly 4, I weighed them). Berries and ff Greek yog for pud.
S - apple, Cadbury’s creme egg (9)

Today so far -

B - porridge (heb) with milk (hea)
L - leftover soup from yesterday, apple
D - will be skinny sausages (1 syn for 2), SW chips, veg, maybe some baked beans

My dinner was lovely - just a spoonful of low fat cream cheese mixed with a spoonful of low fat pesto spread over a butterfly chicken breast 😋

Planning to make lentil and bacon bolognese tonight, bit of a gamble as to whether the kids will eat it or not.

Dd keeps baking and she's really good. Yesterday was carrot cake my absolute favourite.
It was weigh day for me yesterday and I had gained 3lbs which was to be expected really.

Think I will do a slow cooker curry for tonight.

I went for chicken chorizo and bean stew with rice for dinner in the end. Was really good 2 syns a portion.

My prawn fried rice was delicious, I’ll definitely make it again. 1.5 syns for the microwave rice, would’ve been free if I’d cooked my own!

Hello I'm back from a week of eating anything and everythingBlushBlush have gained 3lbs but reckon I can lose that ok! Having my usual day off today then back on it tomorrow.

I’ve just weighed in after my first week of being properly 100% on plan and I’ve lost 9lbs. Really happy with that, although I do always get a big loss in my first week, and I still have a huge mountain to climb, but it’s a good start!
Today’s plan:
B - banana
L - chicken salad wrap (B) and some crisps (4.5)
D - going to a friends garden for some homemade authentic Indian food - probably way over my syns but hopefully still less than an Indian takeaway would be!

Blondes well done a pound is still a good loss! Especially at Easter.

B-banana, blueberries, Ff Greek yogurt, almond butter (3) and chia seeds ( was a tiny sprinkle so not synning)
L-left over casserole and a baked spud (2)
D- sausage bacon egg and mushrooms

Hungry day today. Also a rubbish day (nothing major just kids being arseholes) which normally have me reaching for the biscuits but I'm determined to resist!!

Thanks all. Had a lovely evening, no idea how many syns but don’t think it was too awful. I had lentil dahl, chicken and aubergine curry, potato and cauliflower curry, rice and salad, followed by a handful of mini eggs. Hoping I can recover from it by being back on plan today.

Brunch - bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms and hash browns (4)
Dinner - burgers, chips and homemade coleslaw (4 plus A and B for cheese and bun)
S - skinny bar (3)

T - a kfc fakeaway of a southern fried fillet (8 syns) in a bun (6 syns) with chips, coleslaw (1.5) salsa (1/2) and cheese (HEA)

S - a few munchies from an easter egg Grin
