Plan for today:
B - banana and yoghurt (0.5)
L - jacket potato, cheese and beans
D - something with chicken breast - haven’t decided yet - any ideas?
S - 2 skinny crunch bars (B), crisps (3.5)

my day was so boring yesterday it was hardly worth documenting and today isn't much better 😂

b - fruit loaf with banana and honey

l - a cheese sandwich

t - creamy chicken curry with naan and poppadom

lost 1/2lb this week, can't complain at that after a midweek mcdonald's and a few too many sneaky squares of chocolate!

B - grapefruit, toast (heb) with cottage cheese
L - salad with chicken and halloumi (hea) (0.5 syns for fat free dressing)
D - stir fry with quorn, onion, carrot, pepper, baby corn, noodles (3 syns for sauce), fruit and fat free yoghurt
S - pink n white (2.5), French fries (4), skinny whip bar (4.5), apple

D - steak Diane (recipe from pinch of nom) with chips and veg - need to check syns but I think probably about 4
S - 2 skinny crunch bars (B)

I almost daren't say what I've had today, forecast is dreadful tomorrow inc snow so we had our easter sunday today..

B - chocolate hot cross bun with butter

L - a BBQ, had a burger, hot dog, potato salad, some chicken

T - slice of victoria sponge, slice of chocolate cake, slice of pavlova, double cream - shameful but thoroughly enjoyed

S - few glasses of fizz

Blush will show myself out, at least there was fruit on the pavlova

Very honest of you Jingle!

We had our Sunday roast today because the birthday boy wants pizza for dinner tomorrow. I’ve got a ready meal (2 syns) instead, but I’ll have a slice of birthday cake.

B - grapefruit
L - same as yesterday, chicken and halloumi (hea) salad (0.5 for dressing)
D - roast lamb, mint sauce (0.5), gravy (2.5), potatoes, carrots, parsnips, sweet potato, spring greens. Fruit and ff Greek yog for pud.
S - Apple, satsumas, Skinny Whip bar (4.5), toast (heb) with jam (1)

Managed to stick to plan today, had a bag of quavers (4) and some sweets (4), plus some extra light Mayo in my tuna pasta (1) so ending the day on 9 syns. Not bad for Easter Sunday!

D - spaghetti bolognese with cheese (A)
S - 2 skinny crunch bars (B) and probably some crisps or sweets, not sure yet!

Lost 4lbs this week but then ate an entire Easter egg Blush

God I've been well and truly off plan. I don't even dare weigh myself. Today is day 1. I'm going back to basics and writing everything down. I'm not worrying about calories I'm just doing 100% slimming world. I hope you don't mind some food photo spam? I find it keeps me on straight and narrow weirdly.

L- sausages (1.5), bacon, eggs, beans, spinach and mushrooms.
D- pasta with braised steak tomato sauce and rocket salad.

That looks lovely Troppibambini!

I initially tried to reduce carbs and eat mainly veg and protein but ended up reaching for the junk constantly so back to eating as much carbs as I need to be satisfied (still 1/3 speed) and finding it much easier. So definitely think it’s better to eat big portions of healthy meals than to deprive yourself and end up eating less healthy snacks
