That's wonderful news @Blondeshavemorefun.

This week is going to be really tricky as it's half term but I'm going to try to not go mad but still enjoy myself but make wise choices where I can eg tonight we are having a chippy tea so I'm planning fish with batter off so free, peas and boiled.rice also free and maybe a few chips

School holidays always mean all meal plans go out the window etc which is lovely after the rigidity of term time to relax but at the same time not great for weight loss!

Blondeshavemorefun · 11/02/2022 15:42

Yes ht school hols etc is where I struggle

I don't want to go this week i know I'll be in for a gain and my consultant isn't very supportive tbh.

Yesterday was a write off as had a massive meal out at a friend's house so couldn't choose options etc. Plus it's half term so impossible to stick to plan as we have such a different but lovely routine.

Today we are off our for the afternoon so I'm about to put a sw friendly chilli in the slow cooker for when we get back. Will try to avoid cake in the cafe or at least share with DH.

So here's today's plan, trying to claw it back as much as I can this week.

Breakfast.... porridge with blueberries on top. Hex a milk and hex b.

Lunch.... mushroom omlette at home

Dinner....slow cooker chilli so 5percent mix, spices, tinned tomatoes, soffrito mix, kidney beans. All free. And rice.

Wilma55 · 13/02/2022 11:09

My plan today has gone out the window as we are both feeling under the weather and can't be bothered to shop for a joint as planned.

B lf sausage, bacon, egg, mush and toms 1.5 for sausage
L ww Tom soup 1 with bread hex b
D bobotie using lean mince 4.5 syns (for white bread, sultanas and chutney) and hex a
Other hex a for milk in tea

GettinTrimmer · 13/02/2022 21:09

Went out for breakfast today but managed to stay on plan:

B - Shakshuka - 2 poached eggs spicy Tom sauce with feta & ciabatta bread (Hexa & 6 syns)
Cappuccino - 6 syns

L - Slimwell chips with tomato sauce (2 syns), Greek yogurt and fruit

Snack Hi-Fi bar (1/2 Hexa), apple & Options hot chocolate (2 syns)

D - SW roast potatoes, Red onion veggie sausages, veg & gravy made with granules (2 syns), followed by Hi-Fi bar & satsuma

Milk 350g skimmed

Gone over syns...16 today.

Blondeshavemorefun · 13/02/2022 21:53

JingleAndTonic · 14/02/2022 10:21

@Plantsandpuddlesuits that's crap if your consultant isn't supportive, could you do online and we'll be your group ? Grin

back on it after a heavy weekend, weighed myself this morning as a fresh starting weight (and was horrified) so will hopefully see some loss on friday as didn't actually weigh last friday!

L - banana sandwich (HEB, 1.5 syns butter) strawberries and choc shot (1/2)

T - fajita chicken with spicy rice, cheese (HEA) and ff greek yog

S - pomegranate, skinny dream (4.5)

using my other HEA for milk in tea/coffee and also going to try and drink at least 2L of water every day this week

Blondeshavemorefun · 14/02/2022 14:22

Oh dear @JingleAndTonic. A gain 😢

B toast b bacon. Eggs beans

OP posts:
GettinTrimmer · 14/02/2022 19:55

I know what you mean PlantsandPuddleSuits not all consultants are supportive. I gained too last weigh in; my consultant only chats with people she knows, but she makes up for it by being entertaining and keeping the clapping to a minimum. I've met some nice people there as well.

Blondeshavemorefun Had only 1lb to go until I get my Club 10 award, then fell off the wagon and now have 2 to go! Looks like you'll claw back any gain this week.

Anyway, today's food:

B - scrambled egg, toast HEX B and roasted tomatoes

L - jacket potato with Hexa cheese and beans

D - Slimming ready meal cauliflower and chick pea curry with basmati rice

S - Slimming World banana bread (5 syns) with low fat Greek yogurt, orange, grapes, banana
