D home made carrot/lentil soup free. Hex A to use maybe babybel?

Just hope not too much damage before weigh in tomorrow morning.
Couldn't find anything low syn at pizza express, any tips?

Pizza express used to do the pizza with a hole in it and you got salad in the middle.

Yesterday
B scrambled eggs and coffee
L pea and ham soup
S fruit
D fish cakes (4syns) SW chips and salad.
S yogurt (1/2syn) hi-fi bars, chocolate (5 syns)

Off to Legoland today so won't be an on track day!!

Not been great this week, I’m not going to WI tomorrow as I have a late meeting. I think knowing I won’t be facing the scales Monday has led me to going off track. Back on it properly today though:

B - banana and blueberries
L - couscous and roasted veg (1.5)
D - bacon and mozzarella pasta bake (A)
S - 2 hifi bars (B), sweets (2.5), freddo (5)

Anyone else getting back on it today after a Christmas break? I’m going to group on Tuesday, hoping I can undo a little bit of the Christmas damage before then! Today’s plan:
B - banana
L - jacket potato with tuna and salad (1 for Mayo)
D - bacon and potato bake (pinch of nom recipe) with broccoli
S - 2 skinny bars (B), fruit, not sure what else yet but will try to keep snacks to an absolute minimum!

A good few years away from SW but back on it so would like to join for inspiration and motivation please.
B: 2 poached eggs & spinach on toast (HEB) -1 syn for ketchup
L: leftover chilli on a jacket potato plus salad with balsamic as dressing - 1 syn for oil in cooking
D: chicken & veg ramen, FF yogurt with berries and 1 syn for drizzle of maple syrup
Snacks: satsuma, a Diet Coke & 4 syns for a gingerbread biscuit made by ds.
Total syns if all goes to plan: 7
HEA : 350ml skimmed milk for coffee & 30g lump of cheddar for snack with an apple
Need a kick start this week so not using all my syns unless I really struggle.

Hi everyone, Happy New Year! It's been a while since I was last here but I'm back on it today as it's my first day back to work after the hols, I've gained a stone over the last few months but hoping a lot of that was xmas indulgence and it'll fall off quickly. I can still squeeze myself into my jeans but getting them over my bum is a struggle so my goal for this year is for them to fit comfortably again Grin

B - coffee with a splash of milk (part HEA)

L - lentil and bacon soup with bread (HEB)

T - chilli with rice, cheese (HEA), ff yog and some tortillas (7 syns)

S - apple, strawberries, one babybel (other part HEA) and a skinny crunch (3 syns) the fruit and nut ones are so good

Snacks - trying to avoid too much snacking so just piece of fruit if I'm hungry.

L - cheese sandwich (HEA, HEB, 1/2 syn mayo) with quavers (4.5 syns) and an apple

T - cheese and tomato pasta bake (2 syns for sauce plus other part HEA) with salad a slice of garlic bread (4.5)

S - strawberries with choc shot (1/2 syn)

What is the diff between

Fat free yog

Fat free creme fraiche

Fat free quark

When it says to add in a recipe can it be any of them
