Porridge with fruit and yoghurt x 3
Poached eggs and beans, tomatoes and mushrooms
Ham and cheese omelette
Bacon medallions with mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs and toast
Overnight oats

7 lunches

Jacket potato with tuna and sweetcorn mayonnaise and salad
Jacket potato with beans and salad
Butternut squash soup
Leek and potato soup
Carrot and coriander soup
Salad Nicoise
Chicken salad with couscous

7 dinners

Chilli con Carne with rice and broccoli
Roast chicken dinner

I put on 3lbs this week 🤦‍♀️. Fully deserved and expected! Back on track now though:

B - banana
L - tuna pasta salad
D - chicken skewers with couscous, salad and halloumi (A)
S - skinny crunch bars (B), Haribo (2.5), not sure what else yet

B: 2 poached eggs on 1 slice of WM Toast (HB)
L: Tomato soup and 1 slice of WM Bread (HB) Packet of crisps 3.5 syns
D: Salmon Fish Fingers (2 syns), HM Chips, Sugar Snaps. 1 syn for ketchup

S: Chocolate bar from Lidl - (5)

Wine which took me over. Will reign in today.

Gingin it's only one hexB and 2 hexA per day as far as I know. Are you following an old plan?

Joining! I'm on week 2 of SW - lost 2.5lbs in week 1 and aiming for 1-1.5lb loss this week hopefully but I'm generally a v slow loser.

B - 0% fat Greek yog w/ chopped apple
Snack - Hifi bar (1/2 HexB)
L - homemade butternut squash veg soup and 1 slice small wholemeal (1/2 HexB)
Snack - 1 babybell light (HexA)
Dinner - fish baked with reduced fat pesto (2.5 syn) and veg, w/ sweet potato wedges.

Will likely also have a muller light yog as a sweet treat after dinner too!

@Wilma55 Sorry I should have been clear - I think it's 2 slices of the bread so I had one at breakfast and one at lunch (I'm not following it in a group anymore, just following it from years back, so could be out of date!)

I missed weigh in last week but have been mostly on plan (though not 100%). Weekends are my downfall so I’m posting here to keep me on track before Monday’s weigh in! Plan for today:

B - bacon, egg, mushrooms and beans
L - sushi (3), mango and apple
D - steak, chips, mushrooms and tomatoes
S - 2 hifi bars (B), cheese (A), grapes and apple, fibre one bar (4)

Planning to have a little cheese and fruit plate while watching tv tonight to avoid reaching for the crisps!

This is the hardest time of year now I think, there seems to be birthdays and Christmas events on every weekend at the moment.

I agree, I have so many events coming up, none of which are SW friendly! 🙈 I will keep plodding on as best I can though!

B/L - sausages (3), beans, mushrooms and tomatoes
D - bacon and potato bake from pinch of nom (A)
S - 2 skinny bars (B), drumstick sweets (2.5), fibre one bar (4)

L cheese and ham toasties HexA HexB
D left over roast dinner. All free apart from gravy

Leaves syns for later if needed.
I bought some Aldi rhubarb and ginger 0% alcohol "gin" today which is 3 calories per 50ml. Am going to try it later with diet tonic, ice and a slice, will let you know!

The bacon and potato bake was lovely, and syn free (using cheese as A choice.) I would definitely recommend!

The gin substitute wasn't bad. Aldi are supposedly doing low alcohol prosecco and other gin type drinks but this was the only one available in my local.

L: Waffles, Beans and sausages (7.5)
D: Spaghetti with prawns, chilli and tomato (0.5 syns for a bit of honey in the sauce)

TOTALLY stuffed up the A and Bs yesterday. I am such an idiot at the moment. I can't get my head in gear. I just feel utterly overwhelmed with life. But I'll get there, baby steps I guess?!

B: Egg sandwich (B)
L: Waffles, Beans and sausages (7.5 - then finally the waffles have gone and I'll never buy them again!!!)
D: Hunters chicken and wedges & veg (A)

Snacks will be fruit.
Second A for tea.

I think I'm having too many carbs.

I measured out my milk the last couple of days and my 250ml is enough for cereal and most of my tea. I need to add some cheese or something.

B oat and marmalade mug cake with ff yogurt 1syn HexB
L carrot and lentil soup (app) free, mullerlight 1/2
D SW free frozen meal, meatballs
HexA milk + ?
Snacks, dont know yet!

Lost 3.5lbs this week, though I didn’t go last week so that’s over 2 weeks. Still happy though! Plan for tomorrow:

Evening all. Went to weigh in tonight, STS. I'm fine with that as I'm in target range. Would like to lose a pound or so before Xmas so I can have a bit more wiggle room at Xmas though!
