I'm pretty sure they're interchangeable @Blondeshavemorefun definitely yog and creme fraiche are as I've swapped one for the other in recipes before! Not sure about quark as never used it but it should be ok if it's similar consistency ?

Creme Fraiche has syns, the others are free. Quark is more cream cheesy than yoghurty!

B - Philadelphia light with breadsticks (4.5)
L - sushi (2.5) and fruit
D - roast vegetables with couscous and halloumi (2xA plus 6 syns)
S - 2 hifi bars

3lbs off today, will take that after just two full days back on it!

B - french toast (HEB) with choc shot (1/2) and strawberries

L - macaroni cheese (HEAx2 and will allow an extra 6 syns for extra cheese)

T - also fish burger (5.5 syns for the burger, 6 for the bun) with SW chips and salad

A - fruit

over syns but it's friday so not too worried

Back in the game after a crappy few months.
Hope everyone is ok?

Yesterday
B- Greek yogurt with raspberries and pomegranate
L-leek, ham hock, potato soup/stew thingy
D- chicken chorizo and bean stew (3) with rice and asparagus

Today

B- yogurt apple and blackberries
L- more of the ham leek thingy
D- steak stir fry

B: beans on toast HEB & 1 for ketchup
L: leftover chicken & veg fried rice 1 & melon

Allowing 4 for a Friday night G&T and 5 for popcorn.

Veered way off plan today 🤦‍♀️
B - banana
L - sushi (2.5), crisps (7)
D - couscous, roast veg, halloumi (A), pitta (B) and way too much houmous (8 maybe?)
S - more crisps (3.5) and a dime bar (7.5)

Some of the unofficial SW Facebook pages have lists of the syns that members have worked out. Think you can buy stickers on ebay to put in your book!

Really grim miserable day here today, on the positive double football has been cancelled.

Had a few small sandwiches at my niece’s birthday party yesterday but avoided the crisps and cake! Hopefully not too many syns...

Today’s meals:
B/L - sausages (3), bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans and a hash brown (2)
D - veggie pasta bake with mozzarella (A)
S - 2 hifi bars (B), Haribo (2.5), muller chocolate pot (3.5)

B- poached egg & spinach on toast HEB and coffee with milk HEA

L: leftover sw curry from last night - 1

D: beef stew and dumplings. Yet to work out syns but have a nice yogurt dumpling recipe that from memory is quite lo syn and the stew is minimal just for flour really.

Snack - fruit and crudités
I'm trying to keep to 10 syns a day this week as I'm out 2 nights and want enough for a couple of drinks.

whole weekend was a write off tbh Grin hopefully not done too much damage!

well done staying away from the cake and crisps @MummyInTheNecropolis I don't have your willpower!

@lechatnoir I often try to stick to 10 syns during the week so I can have a more guilt-free weekend and it works most of the time!

L - low fat supernoodles (2) with toast (HEB and 2 syns for butter)

T - spag bol with cheese (HEA) and maybe a wee garlic bread (4.5 syns)

S - apple, babybel (part HEA, using the other half for milk in tea/coffee) strawbs and choc shot (1/2)
