Saturday
B overnight oats with a pear, coffee
L jacket with tuna mayo (4syns)
S fruit
D steak and chips (4 syns for ketchup etc)
S lindahl yoghurt 1/2 syn, bit of chocolate (4 syns)

morning! really back on it this week! did two HIIT videos yesterday and went for a swim this morning too

yesterday;

L - cheese sandwich (HEA, HEB, 1 syn) with an apple and some wotsits (4.5)

T - carbonara (HEA)

S - some fruit and nut Blush (8 syns)

today;

L - tomato soup and cheese on toast (HEA, HEB)

T - lentil curry, lazy made with a pre-made korma paste (1 syn for the paste, 3 for light coconut milk) with rice

S - apple, pear, more cheese (HEA) and some popchips (3.5)

Good job on the exercise jingle!

Been to weigh in today, managed to lose 1.5lb in two weeks so back in target range - I am delighted!

Yesterday
L lentil soup, fruit, coffee
S fruit, couple of bites of lemon cake!
D chicken fried rice (4 syns)
S 2x hifi, lindahl yoghurt (1/2 syn), dime bar chocolate (5.5 syns)

L - low fat supernoodles (2) with cheese (HEA)

T - breaded fish (4 syns for breadcrumbs), sw chips and peas

S - fruit, using my other HEA for tea through the day

morning! sts again this week, that's fine as had a birthday to celebrate this week so there was drinks at the weekend and cake during the week. alcohol always hinders my weightloss even if i include it in my syns, so no bev this weekend for me.

weigh day treat today, it's absolutely out of this world syns but have counted the cals and would be my maintenance calories so i'm fine with that.

B - coffee, (part HEA)

L - air fried potatoes from a can (so good, sounds terrible tastes incredible) with caesar dressing (2), cheese (HEA) and crispy onions (2)

T - a cheese feast pizza from the takeaway section of sainsburys, and i'm having the whole thing Grin it's like 80 syns Blush but like i said, it's a treat and cals aren't so bad

S - lots of fruit, for balance

How is everyone getting on? I'm doing ok, having mostly on plan days. Term starts properly here tomorrow, although I've been in today to tidy up my classroom.

Yesterday

L cafe - jacket with coronation chicken (5? Syns)
S fruit
D salmon, new pots and veg, mayo (4 syns)
S yoghurt (1/2 syn, Reece's pieces (5 syns)

Today
B overnight oats, coffee
L soup, fruit
D plan is to have stir fry, 5.5 syns for sauce and noodles.
Leaves me a few syns for chocolate too!

Got up at 7:20 this morning to go to work - felt very early!! Will be 6:45 tomorrow Shock

hi everyone, been a bit absent last week! the scales said i'd gained 7.5lbs on friday, don't think that will be all fat though! it is what it is Grin and then on friday had far too much to drink, was very sick saturday and ate nothing, ate everything in sight yesterday! resetting today

B - coffee (HEA)

L - falafel (4.5 syns), half a packet of premade cous cous with the cranberries in (2.5 syns) and some salad

T - smoked salmon kedgeree with a boiled egg and broccoli (1 syn for the salmon as it's a pre-prepared sweet chilli fillet)

S - strawberries, nectarine, cheese (HEA) and a fibre one brownie (4 syns)
