Not too good here, gained on holiday and now need to lose 1.5lb to get back to the target range.

Yesterday
B overnight oats with banana
L lentil soup, pear, Apple, tangerine
D pub for daughter's birthday celebrations! Pizza, chips, bread etc

Great start!! Today should be better!!

Sounds like you've been through a lot blondes so pleased you are happy.

My tea last night was disgusting, overcooked the rice as added too much water so ended up with a pasta n sauce packet for 2 syns, what a fail!

L - soup (2) and a wholemeal pitta (heb) with cheese and onion filler (2)

T - pizza loaded sw chips (HEA for cheese)

S - apple, cheese (HEA) and a skinny whip bar (4.5)

other HEA used in tea/coffee throughout the day today!

L SW soup, apple, pear, tangerine
D SW paella.
Plus lots of coffee!
S so far fruit - will probably have some chocolate for a few syns later.
Also had a 6km run.
So an on track day here!

S 3 G&Ts (6 syns) lindahl yoghurt (0.5 syn), 2 orange choc mini dime bars (3.5 syns)
Lots of coffee.

So if the lunchtime salad was 5 syns I'm fine!! Grin

D pics and chips in the pub, 2 g&ts and several red wines, piece of birthday cake.
Sunday
B overnight oats, coffee (hexb)
L SW minestrone soup, Apple and tangerine, coffee
S pear, Apple, tangerine, cuppa
D roast beef dinner ?syns
S lindahl yoghurt (1/2 a syn)
Sunday I feel has been on track, Saturday humm not so much, but hoping the very little in the day outweighs the quite a bit in the pub!

S about a third of a pain au chocolate (4? Syns)
L jacket spud with chicken and salad, bit of coleslaw (2?), a few chips (couldn't resist)
D stir fry with sauce (7 syns)
S one hifi bar
On holiday this week, so I don't think that's too bad really!

well done for even trying to count @OwlinaTree all diet goes out the window when I'm on holiday

L - tomato soup, made by roasting any veg lurking in the fridge and whizzed with a can of tomatoes and stock Grin, and a cheese toastie (HEA and HEB)

T - quorn crispy nuggets (5) with some sweet and sour sauce from a jar (3.5 syns for 1/4 of the jar, think that's pretty ok) and homemade salt and pepper chips

S - apple and cheese (HEA)

L chicken and egg salad with dressing, 1.5 syns
S Apple, orange, pear, hifi bars
D burger and chips in pub (? Syns), 3 bottles of sol (18syns!!)

I had no idea Sol was so high syn!! I did 16,851 steps yesterday so hopefully that will help (clutches at straws)

Not doing so well on the planning, so busy and keep just grabbing whatever!

T - spag bol with cheese (HEA)

S - apple, one of those skinny mars bars (5) and a packet of monster munch (5)

taking all my might not to dive back into the chocolate in the fridge too!

maintained this week which is fine i overindulged last weekend! going to cut right down on the alcohol this weekend, it doesn't help

Well done on the maintaining, always better than a gain!

I'm back from my holiday now. Didn't eat much Wednesday, Thursday I had a healthy breakfast, then an ice cream and a pizza!!

Back on it Friday
B fruit and yoghurt
L chicken and egg salad with dressing (2 syns)
D meatballs, veg pasta sauce, pasta, bit of cheese (hex a) 8 syns
S fruit, lindahl yoghurt 1/2syn, 2 hifi bars (hexb)
Managed a run too.

I'm going to try to stay on track now. Weigh in is on Tuesday, feels unlikely I'll get back to target range by then but you never know!
