Soooo after a great loss last week I fell of the wagon and put it all back on. Stupid me!

Oh well, onwards and onwards

Yesterday
B weetabix with strawberries and raspberries
L butternut squash and feta risotto, freddo (5)
D potato waffles (4) and Linda McCartney rosemary and red onion sausages (no speed I was ironically in a rush)
S skinny whip (4.5), freddo (5)

Today
B Overnight oats with strawberries and raspberries
L cous cous (1.5) pepper and feta, more berries
D caramelised Vietnamese pork and rice (2) freddo (5)
S clementine, french fries (4), hifi 3)

My isolation finally ends today, I’m looking forward to getting back out into the world!

I lost 4.5lbs. So pleased with that, I did miss 2 weigh ins due to isolation, so it was almost 3 weeks since last weigh in, but I’m just so glad I managed not to gain anything! Today’s food:
B - satsuma
L - pasta pot (1)
D - lamb steak, Moroccan couscous (4) and Greek salad with feta (A)
S - 2 skinny bars (HEB), pick n mix sweets (10)

Hi, thanks for the tag. I had a really good week, lost 4lbs and got my 2 stone award. It’s given me a nice boost, was getting a bit fed up plodding along with small losses.

Yesterday:
B - Cheerios (heb), milk (hea) and strawberries
L - homemade veg and lentil soup
D - SW chips, chicken, onion and pepper skewers with a chilli and honey marinade (0.5 syns), mixed veg
S - plums, crackers (4) and cheese (hea)

Today:
B - grapefruit
L - homemade soup, wholemeal bread (heb)
D - chicken and veg curry (SW rogan josh sauce recipe) and rice
S - Fibre one bar (4), apple, ice lolly (4.5), strawberries

Morning, sorry for being so quiet. I've been really quite bad food wise the last few weeks, it was my birthday as well as some friends birthdays so had to celebrate that and I'm just getting used to my new cooker after moving so have been having quite naughty meals because it's convenient around building furniture! I have been exercising and getting lots of steps though so only up a few lbs I think. Going to weigh myself tomorrow and then that'll be a fresh start, also going to write a meal plan so I can get a nice healthy shop in. But for today -

B - coffee (part HEA)

L - wholemeal roll with homemade cheese and onion filler (HEA, HEB, 2 syns mayo) with maybe some crisps

T - going to try the quorn nuggets tonight but not sure what with, suggestions welcome

Sorry I’ve been struggling to stay on plan and not binge so haven’t been posting much Sad I’m at the point of been doing it for a few months so losing enthusiasm even though I really need to keep going

Feel like I’ve eaten loads today but I’m within my syns (just!)
B - banana
L - sushi (4), grapes, mango, babybel light (HEA)
D - creamy Tuscan chicken (3) with rice and veg (huge portion Blush)
S - 3 cheese crackers (3) with babybels (HEA) and pickled onions, mini snickers (5)

Eek since the last time I weighed myself in May I'm up 6lbs, I was down at 13st4 and now 13st10 but I was expecting to see a 14 on the scales this morning so actually it's not so bad! Would really like to be 12 anything by Christmas so need to behave myself now. Saying that I did go round to DM's last night and we had some wine so maybe that made the scales go up some Grin

L - tomato soup and cheese on toast (HEA, HEB)

T - lemon sole in ruskoline (4 syns) with chips, peas, pickles onions and tomato sauce (1 syn)

S - not sure yet, need to do a food shop and get some fruit in

Got the in-laws visiting for the weekend, first time we've seen them in 10 months. Trying to stay on plan.

Well done on the losses, and you’ll get that gain off soon I’m sure Jingle.

Yesterday -
B - grapefruit
L - salad with chicken and ham (0.5 for ff dressing)
D - barbecue - skinny burger (0.5), skinny sausage (0.5), chicken and veg skewer, salad, homemade potato salad (about 1), burger relish (1), wholemeal pitta (heb)
S - Apple

Today -
B - grapefruit
L - wholemeal pitta (heb) with cheese (hea) and tomato
D - going to have a Chinese takeaway, planning on Mongolian chicken (chicken with vegetables in a hoisin sauce, guessing/hoping it’s around 7 syns) and will probably cook some rice at home for me as everyone else will want fried rice.
