1lb off and got my club 10 award this week.

Yesterday:
B - strawberries, raspberries, apple and ff greek style yoghurt
L - salad with some low fat humous (3) and leftover tuna pasta salad (1.5)
D - leftover roast gammon, baby corn, sugar snap peas, peppers, onion and beansprouts in sweet and sour sauce (2.5) with noodles
S - apple, yoghurt (1), skinny crunch bar (3), cheese on toast (hea & b)

Today:
B - banana
L - last of my tuna pasta salad (1), salad with ff vinaigrette (0.5), humous (3)
D - salmon in some form, might go Indian-inspired with spices, some savoury rice and veg. Or use the huge sweet potatoes I've got to make chips.

D cod, new potatoes and baby sweetcorn, hifi bars (HEXB)
S babybel (HEXA), quavers (9), skinny whip (4.5)

Today
B weetabix minis with strawberries (1/2 HEXA and HEXB)
L leftover ham and leek potato thing with cheese (1 and 1/2 HEXA) skinny whip (4.5)
D caramelised Vietnamese pork and rice (1)
S skips (3.5), probably a hifi bar later

D - chicken salad wraps (HEB + 7 syns)
S - crisps (4), chocolate (6) (post weigh in treats!)

Today:
B - banana
L - chicken salad with pickles and Mayo (1)
D - steak and chips with pinch of nom Diane sauce (3), mushrooms, onions and tomatoes
S - 2 skinny crunch (HEB), chocolate (4.5), ice lolly (2)

L - leftover SW Hunters Chicken with salad
D - 2 Lidl skinny sausages (1) in a wholemeal roll (heb) with SW chips, salad, some onion and bacon fried in Frylight, and tomato sauce (1)
S - Skinny Crunch bar (3), satsumas, Fibre Now lemon drizzle square (4)

So far today I've had a banana and 2 big cups of coffee. Attempting to meal plan for the next week - planning to try the Cowboy Pie and Creamy Chicken Korma recipes on the SW website.

Had a day at the beach yesterday, had a SW friendly picnic lunch but then couldn’t resist the fish and chips later on, followed by an ice cream. Only one bad meal though, I will do better today!

Sorry not posted for a few days but I was mostly good last week and lost 2.5lbs! Which took me under 20 stones (half a lb under but it counts!) so I’m thrilled! Although less thrilled about going down to 20 syns a day but I won’t stress if I come in at 20-25 sometimes

My little boy has been off preschool most of the week. He had a fever, so we had to isolate and get him a Covid test, fortunately negative. His sleep has been awful, so I’ve been up at all hours with him and just feel drained. If there was chocolate in the house, I’d have eaten it all. Luckily there is not.

Yesterday -
B - an apple
L - blackberry baked oats (1)
D - sw Cowboy Pie (0.5) with some steamed veg
S - mini Viennese ice cream (4)

Today -
B - banana, hot blackcurrant squash (0.5)
L - leftover Cowboy Pie (0.5)
D - probably a quick pasta thing. Little one has been off his food and I’m fed up cooking things from scratch that he won’t eat.

Hi all Smile dropped off the radar a bit but still here plodding along!
Total lost is 1stone 9 and I'm the lightest I've been for a while. I'm going away in 8 weeks so really trying to shift as much as possible before then.
I hope everyone is well and going in the right direction Grin
Had our cat put to sleep last week and the dog yesterday so a really shittty time at the moment. But trying to stay positive!

Currently isolating for 10 days as a child in my class tested positive. This means I will miss 2 weigh ins. I am determined not to use this as an excuse to eat whatever I want (like I did throughout lockdown 🙈)
