Today’s food:
Brunch - sausages (3), egg, crispy potatoes, tomatoes and mushrooms (was lovely! 😋)
Dinner - spaghetti bolognese with cheese (A) and salad
Snacks - 2 skinny crunch (B), crisps (4), ice lolly (2)

B - WW wrap (B) with sausages (2), onions, cheese (A) and ketchup (1)
L - none, was still full from breakfast!
D - aldi chicken in white sauce (1) with new pots, asparagus and carrots. I added onions, mushrooms, garlic and herbs to the sauce as well
S - mini snickers (5), twister lolly (2)

Had a brilliant takeaway lunch and boozy evening yesterday but back on plan again now

D chicken, rice, baby corn, sugar snap peas, Nando’s sauce (2.5) sweets 9

B: It's Bank Holiday weekend so had a lie in so didn't wake up in time for breakfast
L: Burger in a bowl with homemade burger sauce (3.5syns and 1xhexa)
D: Crustless Quiche lorraine (1xhexa) with salad and new potatoes

B - sausage and onion wrap (2 plus B)
L - leftover chicken and potatoes with salad
D - soy and honey chicken stir fry with noodles and lots of veg (2)
S - mini snickers (5), twister lolly (2)

B - grapefruit
L - homemade veg soup
D - BBQ - chicken, veg and halloumi (hea) skewer, 5% fat burger (2 syns), 2 skinny sausages (1), pitta bread (heb), salad, dressing (0.5) and burger relish (1), corn on the cob, 4 marshmallows (4)
S - satsumas, fibre now salted caramel square (3.5), salt & vinegar ringos (3), apple

Today:
Late B - baked vanilla and blackberry oats (heb + 1 syn)
L - apple
D - will be BBQing again. Might skip the marshmallows, nice as they were.

Another 1lb off, that's 1.5 stone gone.

Yesterday:
B - FF Greek style yoghurt with fruit
L - cheese (hea) and ham salad (0.5 for dressing)
D - pasta with chicken, bacon, peppers, onion, passata and peri-peri seasoning (0.5), ice lolly (4)
S - crisps (4.5), skinny crunch bar (3)

B - FF yog with raspberries
L&D - no idea, I am terrible at planning...

D - probably another salad with cold meat and cheese - it’s too hot to cook! ☀️
S - ice lollies and ice cream - will make sure I don’t have more than 15 syns worth!

Weigh in tonight - a day late because of bank holiday so I’m hoping for a few pounds off 🤞

3.5lbs lost this week 🎉

B: Breakfast bake with fried mushrooms and tomatoes (hexa for the cheese on the bake)
L:Potato salad (all free)
D: baked trout, cous cous (0.5syns) and asparagus

S: 2x hifi bars (hexb) and will probably treat myself to some chocolate will the 14.5 syns I have left over

I lost 2lbs yesterday, considering I had a takeaway and a lot of vodka on Friday night I’m very happy! Grin

B banana and ryvita (ran out of speed fruit, oops) (HEXB)
L bacon butternut squash and sweet potato stew
D Diet Coke chicken and rice
S light sausage (1.5), babybel (HEXA), grapes, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries

My DD made a cheesy garlic tear and share tiger bread thing yesterday - I can’t even begin to estimate how many syns but it was certainly far too many! 🙈 Must do better today!

L - leftover pasta, turkey mince and veg concoction
D - cod topped with tomato purée and chorizo (2 syns), rice and veg
S - apple, yoghurt (1), will have some cheese and crackers later (hea + a few syns)

Taking the kids to the zoo on Saturday so need to do some picnic prep tomorrow, maybe tuna pasta salad.
