STS again this week which is nothing short of a miracle after three days of fizz and two takeaways last weekend! going to try and be good this weekend but DM has gone and bought a huge cheeseboard so

B - toast (HEB) with peanut butter (4) and jam (1)

L - leftover cajun beef goulash thing (HEA x2)

T - chicken curry with rice and naan (6) maybe a poppadom (2)

S - discovered a rogue cream egg which will be my treat Grin

I’m back again after a few weeks absence. DD has been really ill and spent a week in hospital, then another couple of weeks recovering at home. She’s finally well on the mend now so after eating whatever I wanted without a second thought for a few weeks, I bit the bullet and rejoined my old group on Monday. I’m counting this as week one, it’s been hard getting back on track but I’m hopeful for a good loss on Monday 🤞.
Today’s plan:
B - banana
L - pasta n sauce (1) with asparagus and cheese (HEA)
D - salmon with new potatoes and veg
S - 2 skinny crunch bars (HEB), quavers (4)

yesterday:

L - bacon, egg and cheese wrap (HEA, HEB)

T - hot smoked sweet chilli salmon (1/2 syn) with egg fried rice (1 syn for sesame oil)

S - dairy milk and crisps (17 lol)

today:

L - bacon and egg roll (HEB, 1.5 syns butter and 1/2 for brown sauce)

T - the cheese and crackers DM boughtBlushat least some of it should be covered by my two HEAs lol

I’ve had a rubbish couple of weeks and put on 3lbs over 2 weeks but weighed in this morning and had lost those 3lbs so back to 2stone off now.

Yesterday
B porridge (HEXA and HEXB) with banoffee curd (2.5) and banana
L bacon, butternut squash and broccoli with pasta and laughing cow (HEXA)
D salmon, baked potato and sugar snap peas
S hifi bars (9), fibre one bars (8)

Thank you everyone, I had my first WI on Monday and I lost 11.5 lbs in my first week! I almost feel embarrassed typing that as it just shows how awful my eating habits must have got for me to lose so much after a week of being sensible. Still, I’m not complaining! Yesterday’s food:
B - banana
L - tuna pasta salad (1)
D - chicken breast and roast vegetable couscous (4)
S - quavers (4), mini snickers (5)

Plan for today:
B - banana
L - jacket potato, beans and cheese (A)
D - creamy Tuscan chicken (from pinch of nom) with new potatoes and asparagus (2)
S - 2 skinny bars (B), quavers (4)

B - strawberries and ff Greek style yog
L - carrot and beetroot soup (sw recipe), pitta (heb) with halloumi (hea), lettuce and cherry tomatoes
D - pasta arribiata (sw recipe) with added bacon and grated cheese (4 syns), stewed rhubarb (0.5) and ff yog
S - satsumas, apple, a lot of coffee (with hea milk)

been a bit MIA this week as everything just seems to be happening at once, but list 2lbs this week! then away to ruin it all this weekend, get the keys to my house tomorrow so plenty fizz will be consumed, then once it's all painted and i'm moved in in a few weeks i'll be ready to focus 100%, would like to lost 7lbs by xmas which hopefully shouldn't be too hard Grin

L - butternut squash soup and crackers (4)

T - out for dinner Blush planning on having a very veg heavy dish though to counteract the drinks!
