D-steak, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and an egg
Rice cake (1.5) mini biscuits (5.5) popcorn (2.5) mini curly wurly(3)

Always need more syns on an sp day.

that's the best feeling @troppibambini6 well done!

this week is not going well for me, haven't managed to get much speed in and just eating a lot of beige although the beige is on plan. also have a bladder infection which is far from ideal and is making me feel really bloated and uncomfortable on top of the usual symptoms so feel like i might see a gain on friday, but think it's allowed when not feeling 100% Grin

B - multigrain hoops (heb) with milk (hea) and raspberries
L - homemade veg soup, leftover chicken & bacon (1)
D - chilli con carne with rice and hea grated cheese
S - Fibre yum bar (4), satsumas, apple, lentil curls (4.5), Skinny dream bar (3)

Today:
B - multigrain hoops (heb) with milk (hea) and raspberries
L - leftover chilli with jacket potato and salad (0.5 for dressing)
D - will be prawn and veg stir fry with noodles
S - apple (so far, will probably get the munchies later!)

Ok back to it today!

L - tomato soup and a cheese and ham sandwich with crisps (HEA, HEB, 1/2 syn mayo, 5 syns crisps)

T - fish with a lemon and butter sauce (2) with SW chips and salad

S - apple, cheese (HEA) and a skinny whip bar (4.5 syns)

12 syns in total and 4 of my 5 a day Grin
