Yes well done everyone on the losses! Hopefully I'll have one tomorrow after being good this week.

L - banana in a roll with butter (HEB and 1.5 syns) and some frazzles (4.5 syns)

T - spag bol with cheese (HEA)

S - skinny whip (4.5) and an apple

B-banana,blue berries, fat free Greek yogurt and almond butter (2)
L- slice sourdough (heb) bacon, mushrooms and poached egg
D- spaghetti with bacon and chilli
S- s and v rice cake (1.5) and a nice biscuit (1.5)

lost 2lbs this week, so need to try and behave this weekend and get a loss next week to break through this up and down I've been getting! but having today as my usual day off

B - rice crispies (6, HEA)

L - a pub lunch, so excited Grin will probably have something like chilli to try and keep it low syn

T - just a toastie or something as will have had a bigger lunch

Yesterday:
B - multigrain hoops (heb), milk (hea), raspberries, strawberries
L - salad with lettuce, pea shoots, tomato, carrot, chicken, pastrami, lighter than light mayo (1)
D - spaghetti with tomato and basil sauce*, fake meatballs (LM red onion and rosemary sausages chopped up), and grated cheese (hea)
S - apple, fibre yum bar (4)

*I was making the same recipe from the SW app, then forgot to add the basil and balsamic vinegar at the end, duh. It was nice anyway.

Also, did you know that pastrami is a free food? My husband was making a sandwich with it and it smelt so good, so I looked it up. Free, yes! Get in my salad! Grin Sadly sourdough bread is not free... Envy

omg no i was not aware about pastrami 😍 will have to get some!!

didn't have chilli 🤭 it was delicious, i think a third of that plate is speedy 😂

I can see something green, so yeah, that cancels out the rest. 🤣 My kids don’t like macaroni cheese (aliens, clearly) so I never make it. That looks sooo good!

Yesterday:
B - strawberries, raspberries, ff yoghurt
L - salad with cheese (hea) and pastrami, a banana
D - Pinch of Nom turkey keema with basmati rice (everyone enjoyed it, will make again)
S - fibre yum lemon drizzle (4), apple, lentil curls (4.5), skinny crunch bar (3 - could have had another and called it my heb, but I didn’t want it)

L- bacon, egg and mushrooms with a slice sourdough (heb)
D-chicken shashlik, boiled rice, spoonful of rogan josh sauce and a poppadom (4)
Fibre one bar (4.5)
Mango and grapes

Not sure on shashlik syns and I'm bending the rules a bit on the heb but as a heb equates to around 120 calories so as long as it similar calories I figure it should be fine....

Aww, I thought you’d discovered some magical heb sourdough! 😆

Yesterday:
B - baked oats (heb) with blackberries (0.5)
L - 3 crackers (3) with halloumi (hea), 2 satsumas and an apple
D - cod with spicy marinade and noodles (0.5 for lemongrass paste), mini Viennese ice cream (4.5)
S - banana, fibre yum bar (4)

Today:
B - wholemeal toast (heb) with ff cottage cheese
L - salad with boiled eggs and PON potato salad
D - lemon and herb chicken with rice and salad (0.5 for spice mix, 0.5 for mayo), ff strawberry yoghurt (1)
S - might have some fruit, cheese and crackers later

They are b coz of fibre

If the same calories roughly which is 120/6syns ,,,,,

Yeah my thinking is I would rather have one slice of bread that I actually really enjoy rather than 2 tiny slices of tasteless wholemeal.
Calories are the same and I don't do it very often.
Now if I could just stop face planting into cake.......

I went to buy some soda bread now

B toast b ham eggs fruit

L receipe on sw. special fried rice

T meatballs 1 and pasta Tom onion pepper sauce. Cheese a

S bar 4.5. Crisps 3.5.

Will drop toddler blondes off at pre school and make lunch

Soup is nice but isn’t filling me but back to meals

I will lose this week !!!!

B - grapefruit, cup of tea
L - homemade veg soup, leftover potato salad
D - going to make an old Scottish Slimmers recipe with chicken, bacon, leeks and potato (1 syn for honey)

Weigh in day. Had a cheeky weigh on Saturday and had lost 2lbs, yay! Got on the scales this morning and had somehow gained 4 (6 since Saturday). How!? 😭 Got off scales, got on again. Repeated several times. Eventually realised I was looking at the wrong line on the scales (mechanical ones) and had lost 3lbs. Muppet! 🤣

I put on 1lb but after being way off plan last week including a pub lunch with pudding, I’ll take it!

B ryvita (HEXB) and an apple
L teriyaki salmon rice bowl (5.5)
D chicken, baked potato, baby sweetcorn, laughing cow (HEXA)
S boiled eggs, fudge (5)
