Well done Troppi!

I started well but veered off plan this afternoon ooos!

But had a non scale victory when I put on a tunic top I haven’t worn for a few months because it’s been buried at the bottom of my laundry basket and was shocked at how loose it was on me! Grin

L - pasta n sauce, wasted 5 syns and both HEAs on it because thought it would be 2 syns 🙄 annoying

T - can't really be bothered today so probably just beans on toast (HEB)

S - apple, banana, muller light (1/2 syn)

Hi

New to this thread -

Breakfast - muller light lemon yogurt (wasn't that hungry)

Lunch - SW penne arrabiata with cheese (hexA)

Dinner- SW chips with some pasta again 😱 (had some left over)

Snacks- skinny chocolate orange bars(2 for Hexb), 2 skinny bakery pearls, muller light millionaires yogurt and an apple and banana

(Breastfeeding so constantly hungry hence the long list of snacks 🥱😩🤣)

i've gained 2lbs this week 🙄 getting frustrated now as keep losing and gaining the same 2lbs! think i've hit some sort of plateau so going to try different things like having different fruit and veg, more water, less alcohol at weekends

B - cereal with ff yog (6 syns)

L - tomato soup and a cheese and onion toastie (obsessed, 3 syns and HEB)

T - macaroni cheese (both HEAs and 1 syn cornflour) and a slice of garlic bread (5 syns)

That's really frustrating jingle, it happened to me a while ago. I tracked calories for a few days and was amazed how quickly it all adds up.

B-banana, ff Greek yogurt peanut butter (1.5)
L- Cajun chicken and superfood salad (out for lunch)
D- campfire stew with rice

Wednesday:

B - banana
L - chicken mayo salad experiment (1 syn for mayo, mixed with some ff yog, paprika and herbs - needs a bit of work but wasn’t bad)
D - Cumberland pie (2.5 syns), spring greens, sweet corn
S - Birthday cake (?? syns, don’t care, it was my birthday!), rum and diet cola (2.5 syns)

Thursday -

B - multigrain hoops (heb), milk (hea), banana, strawberries, raspberries
L - leftover Cumberland pie (2.5), apple
D - Quorn chow mein (3 syns for sauce)
S - skinny crunch bar (3)

Today (so far) -

B - banana
L - pitta (heb + 2) with bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo (0.5)
D - cod with chilli, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and noodles
S - half a bottle of 0% wheat beer (3)

i know so frustrating Sad but just going with it, i get the keys to my new house soon so then i'll be back on track fully without DM being a bad influence Grin

T - cheeseburger in a wholemeal roll (4, HEA, HEB) with chips and salad maybe a few onion rings (4.5)

not had any snacks but might have a wee freddo ice cream which is 6 syns

D sea bass with rice, broccoli and sugar snap peas, freddo (5)

Made a cake for bro in law yesterday and had a little bit so feel bad but been so good otherwise ! (Pic attached for positive vibes)

L - took the kids for a picnic, I had a pitta (heb + 2) with ham, halloumi (hea), lettuce, grated carrot and lighter than light mayo (0.5), a packet of lentil curls (4.5) and an apple
D - roast chicken breast, potatoes, sweet potato, carrots, parsnips, spinach and gravy (1.5)
S - will probably have some fruit and a skinny crunch bar (3) later

D - Pinch of Nom campfire stew (0.5), mashed potato
S - apple, French fry crisps (3.5), ice lolly (4.5)

Today: B - grapefruit
L - Wholemeal roll (heb) with chicken, salad with halloumi (hea), lighter than light mayo (1), pickled onions
D - will be leftover campfire stew with SW chips (or couscous if I'm feeling too lazy to make the chips)
