i had far too much to drink last night, so many syns because i was drinking cider Blush it was nice though and for tea we had a bbq where i just had a burger and a handful of naked chips so hopefully that cancels it out, usually after a few drinks i would be thinking let's get a takeaway!

probably won't be that good today because i know there are some spicy chicken nuggets in the freezer which i'm really craving Grin

This weekend has been an absolute write off for me. Far too much socialising and eating and drinking whatever I fancy. Back to work tomorrow after 2 weeks off so will sort myself out and get back on track.

Glad I'm not the only one that went a bit too far this weekend Grin I've drawn the line, weighed myself this morning and have gained 1lb since Friday so this is my new starting weight and I'm just starting again, full steam ahead on SW!

L - leftover chilli and cheese toastie with quavers and an apple (HEA, HEB, 4.5 syns) and actually going to use the right bread where two slices is HEB

T - chicken, spinach and potato curry with carrot rice and a poppadom (2)

S - grapes, cheese (HEA), strawberries and a fibre one brownie (4)

Not entirely sure how but I managed to lose the 2lbs I put on last week, despite pizza chips and ice cream on a day trip yesterday!

B ryvita (HEXB) and a pear
L boots sushi pack (2), banana, shapers bar (4.5)
D two cubby Cubs caramelised Vietnamese pork and rice, 99 cal snickers (5)
S hifi bar (3), Pom bears (3.5), puft (3.5)

lost 3lbs since my "reset" weight on monday, and that's 2lbs down on last friday so really pleased with that Wine

B - toast with butter and jam (HEB, 2 syns)

L - cantonese fish soup

T - chicken burger and chips (10 syns and HEA cheese)

S - doritos with cheese melted on and some salsa (4.5 syns and HEA) and some fruit

B - low fat Greek yog (0.5) with raspberries
L - leftover chicken fajita pasta (PON recipe) with salad and lighter than light mayo (1)
D - homemade veg soup (carrot, butternut squash, swede and parsnip with cumin), prawn stir fry with noodles (1 for chilli and ginger pastes), and a strawberry mousse (4) 🐷 I was hungry!
S - Apple, skinny whip bar

Today -

B - multigrain hoops (heb), milk (hea), raspberries and a banana
L - homemade veg soup, leftover speedy humous, carrot sticks
D - will be cod but not sure what to do with it yet

Morning, how is it Monday already? Was a bit naughty this weekend where I wasn't meaning to be, went to visit a friend's garden and she had gone all out with an afternoon tea and the fizz was flowing - oops! But it's just so nice to actually see people and we got fine weather for a change in Scotland and our pubs and shops open today so it can only go downhill diet wise from here Grin

L - a wee bit of leftover lasagne (1x HEA, it's quite a small square) and pack of quavers (4.5)

T - wrap pizza (HEA, HEB) with red onion and pepperoni as toppings (1.5 syns worth) a few SW chips and some salad

S - strawberries, grapes and a bliss bar (4.5)

B overnight oats (HEXB) with raspberries
L cous cous (1.5) with pepper and feta (HEXA)
D red onion and rosemary sausages with potato, carrots and laughing cow (HEXA)
S apple, Pom bear (3.5), freddo (5)

My first time trying the Linda McCartney sausages, I really like them, much nicer than quorn and they’re free!

Lost 1lb this week, had a lot of slips last week so happy with that.

well done @MadeOfStarStuff! I love the Linda sausages, agreed much better than quorn. I really fancy trying the richmond meat free sausages, they aren't free but have seen lots of good reviews.

Weigh day yesterday and lost 1lb.

L - salad with tuna mayo (1 for mayo) and ff cottage cheese, packet of salt and vinegar Ringos (3)
D - pasta with bacon, green pepper, green beans, sweet potato, onion, passata, topped with cheese (hea)
S - satsumas, pink n white wafer (2.5), skinny whip bar (4.5)

Today

B - multigrain hoops (heb) with milk (hea), strawberries and raspberries
L - baked potato with cottage cheese, chicken and salad (1 for mayo)
D - will be prawn and veg stir fry
