Raider prawns look really good.

Weigh in today I lost 2lbs which I'm pleased with.

Off on an afternoon out with the kids and some friends so need to have a decent lunch so I'm not tempted to pick at the kids snacks.

T cocked up as pasta again. Meatballs 1 Tom onion sauce cheese a

S bar 4.5 crisps 3.5 so 10 sons

B - toast and banana (HEB, 1.5 syns for butter)

L - leek and potato soup

T - chilli and rice with cheese (HEA), nice and easy because I'm getting my hair cut today Grin

S - two chocolate digestives mysteriously were consumed with my cup of tea this morning Blush (8 syns)

B - multigrain hoops (heb) with milk (HEa) and raspberries. Banana.
L - scrambled egg and baked beans. Apple.
D - SW Cumberland pie (2.5). Tinned fruit with Greek yoghurt (2).
S - Skinny crunch bar (3)

The Cumberland pie took ages to make, but husband and kids all wolfed it down, so will do it again some time. Got a small portion left for my lunch tomorrow.

Oh dear - fell spectacularly off the wagon today and had a Big Mac meal and a creme egg McFlurry 🙈

Back on plan tomorrow and will do as much damage limitation as possible!

Don't beat yourself up about it @MummyInTheNecropolis life is also to be enjoyed! One meal won't damage all your hard work and if you enjoyed it then that's all that matters Smile

B - a big fat coffee (HEA for milk)

L - tomato soup and toast with cheese and onion spread on (HEB, 2.5 syns)

T - have leftover rice with carrot grated through so going to have egg fried rice with lots of veg, a few bits of crispy shredded chicken from Farmfoods (will call it 5 syns) and some curry sauce (4 syns)

S - banana and a muller light (1/2 syn)

I've not been having nearly enough speed food the last few weeks and it's affecting the scales because I just keep losing and gaining the same few lbs, I've got a bit too into the CC mindset which isn't the best for me because I start cutting out the fruit and veg to keep the cals low which is stupid! So going forward I'm going to try and cut that out and just exclusively follow SW. Food shop is coming tomorrow I don't think DM is ready for the amount of fruit and veg I'm away to add to it Grin

lost 1lb this morning, had hoped for more but suppose i didn't really start back on it until monday!

B - toast with banana and honey (HEB, 1/2 syn)

L - cheese and onion roll (8 syns) and some quavers (4 syns)

T - breaded fish (4 syns for ruskoline) with SW chips, peas and pickled onions

a wee bit over on syns but that's why i save some during the week, although tomorrow have some friends coming round for drinks so will need to starve next week Grin

tea changed for me to these morrison's chicken things with some naked mccain chips (2 syns for all that!) mango chutney (1 syn) and a mini garlic naan (7 syns) not sure about the syns for the chicken going to assume it's around 4, so now well over syns today but it's friday so 🤷🏽‍♀️

I'm over syns but hoping the calories might be ok as that's all I had today.
