I'm back after a weekend of eating crisps and chocolate washed down with wine.. hopefully won't be a gain on Friday!

L - cheese savoury sandwich (HEB, 2 syns) with a Muller light and quavers (5 syns)

T - cuban picadillo and black bean rice with some ff yog

S - nectarine, pear, cheese (HEA) and a fibre one bar (3.5)

Back on plan today. Been a bit poorly over the weekend so decided to just eat what I wanted to make myself feel better 😀
L: Salad
D: The roast dinner I'd planned to make on Sunday.
S: No idea yet, might have some Jelly and and a cucumber sandwich (hexb)

L - chicken and stuffing sandwich (2.5 syns for stuffing, 0.5 for mayo) and a yoghurt (0.5)

T - pasta n sauce, the macaroni cheese one, with broccoli (3 syns? and both HEAs)

S - apple, pear, skinny whip (4.5)

Well I've gained 2 this morning too much tea and biscuits and I've been picking at the wrong things.

Yesterday was on plan and I've decided to do exercise February! Some form of exercise everyday yesterday was 30 day shred and today it's agony everytime I try and and stand up off the loo Grin
So I'm going to do some yoga today and hopefully I might me able to get up the stairs tomorrow without ooofingGrin

At least you know why @troppibambini6 and you've been going through a tough time recently so a few biscuits is definitely allowed!

I've challenged myself to do more exercise this month too, I'm not at a shred video level though think my legs would seize up lol

I'm planning on doing a 15-20 min HIIT video on mon, weds, fridays and then tuesday/thursday I'm going to try the treadmill challenge I've seen where you do 30 mins, incline 12, 3mph, did that this morning and it was killer Grin then weekends off except for a long walk both days - will see how that goes!

I did yoga with Adrienne this afternoon that was nice actually. Despite my house being far from peaceful and zen!

Thanks wildthings it's my own daft fault I'm terrified of the dentist and didn't go for 4 years.
My wisdom tooth broke over Christmas so I had to go cap in hand to my old dentist (who are actually brilliant) and beg them to helpGrin
So far I've have a root canal, a filling and a scale and polish just a wisdom tooth out and a crown to go! Shock
I managed not to cry and lose the plot in the chair today....

Complete change of plan with food today I'm not going to post until I've eaten it from now on!

L-ham and spinach omelette (ketchup 1)
D-chicken and orzo pasta

Two benefit bars heb
Skinny whip (5) mini Milky Way (4.5) mini aero (4)

I'm the same with bread! And salted butter.
I baked some of those frozen croissants this evening for my son's breakfast tmrw. It was pure torture!!

Me too with the bread, sourdough for me I could eat an entire loaf with butter or dipped into camembert, beautiful.

I'm hoping for a maintain tomorrow, I had wine last weekend which often shows on the scales and haven't been the best through the week either having the odd mini oatcake, a few of the oven chips everyone else was having for tea, a mouthful of DGM's macaroni cheese she couldn't finish - all adds up Blush

L - lentil soup with some cheese on toast (HEA, HEB)

T - red thai cod curry (3 syns for the paste, HEA for alpro coconut milk) with rice and a poppadom (2 syns each but might have more than one so 4 syns)

S - apple, pear, skinny crunch (3)
