Welcome one and all

Thanks for all joining in on last thread And hello to anyone new

Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

Blondes soup looks yum.

And soup was bloody lush. So having a cup of that for lunch as tea will be 430 ias as having roast with toddler blondes for tea

Will def make again. Was just old veg

B-2 toast hex, 2 eggs , 2 sausages 1/2 syn each, tomatoes, mushrooms, ketchup 1/2

Did a shop at B and M as they have great SW stuff. Got the Skinny Dream rocky road bars and they are lovely for 3.5 syns. Also got the Mayflower curry sauce as I am going to try something I saw on YouTube. Nugget curry
Quorn nuggets at 1/2 syn each with SW chips, curry sauce on the side (it is synned so need to check how many for a couple of tablespoons) and a big salad. Sounds weird but will be nice for a change. Not usually interested in nuggets but let's see!

So L - oat milk latte hex A, bowl of fruit and yoghurt 1/2 syn, Rocky road bar 3.5 suns

D-5 quorn nuggets 2.5 syns, sw chips free, salad speed, curry sauce whatever the syns on that are!
It'll be different anyway

1 is still good

Lamb was good. I think it would be better in the oven than slow cooker though felt like the sauce should have reduced more. It needed to be richer but still nice.
I haven't tried the quorn nuggets I will keep an eye out for them.

yum, i've never tried the quorn nuggets either but i'm a huge nugget fan so need to get some!

L - kimchi and veg soup with bread (HEB)

T - indian topped chips, going to coat the chips in curry powder then top with fried onion and pepper, cheese (HEA), mango chutney (1.5) and mint yog

S - apple, nectarine, cheese (HEA) and a slice of banana bread with butter (4)

Wow those chips sound amazing! Such a good idea.

Aldi have started selling slimwell chips in the freezer but they are free don't know what they're like but might be handy when you need something quick.

Left over lamb for me today. I'm going for a root canal later which I'm dreading so I'm going to see how I feel re food.

I usually like the slim well stuff

I usually make more than I need and freeze chips.
I need a fuckton of dental stuff done over the next few weeks so you never know it might help on the weight loss front 🤣

will post a pic of my chips later, i had them before with chicken too and they were really good but i'm not fancying chicken today, an inadvertent meat free monday!

i haven't tried any of the slimwell things, nearest aldi is too far away but one is being built 10 mins up the road and i'm really excited to have one nearby, have a list on my phone of aldi things i want to try like the fish burgers for 5.5. syns and the sweet potato burgers which are 0.5 i think!

but agreed the slimming world at iceland range is a bit hit or miss, i had the curry sauce once it was horrible, mayflower is so much better.

Decided I am fed up with speed food at every meal!

On the plus side I'm not eating

I know what you mean wildthings sometimes if I can't be bothered with it I portion out my dinner as if it was there so have smaller portion.
