Thanks for all joining in on last thread And hello to anyone new

Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

I've got a couple of Slimwell ready meals in the freezer. Not tried them yet.

Decided I am fed up with speed food at every meal! Grin

Which do you hve

The chicken chow mein is yummy

The sag is ok. I pick out the slime

Tikka was a bit hot. Blondes is a wimp but ok with some natural yog

Didn’t like the bean one

Official weigh in today and I've lost 2lbs despite my bellyaching the other dayGrin

I've never tried the slim well meals either I've got two curries in the freezer but not needed them so far.

i never like the third plate of speed thing, i'm a fusspot with veg so have to hide it from myself, often with speedy soups for lunch then i'll have fruit in the afternoon and that usually gets me my 5 a day, any with tea is a bonus! like last night the onion and pepper was underneath all that cheese 😂

hope you feel better soon @troppibambini6 and well done on loss 2lbs is brilliant 🌟

L - beef and tomato soup with a cheese roll and muller light (HEB, HEA, 1/2 syn)

T - chilli with rice, sour cream (1 syn as will just use a teaspoon) and garlic bread (5)

S - apple and cheese (HEA) and a skinny crunch (3.5)

MustBeTheWine I never think of having beans on toast for breakfast. That's a good idea.
L- scrambled eggs, 2 skinny sausages 1/2 syn each, 1 hash brown 2 syns,baked tomatoes, ketchup 1/2 syn
D- sw burger, fried onions, cheese hexa, w/m bun hex b, syn free wedges, salad

@wildthingsinthenight One of my DC randomly asked for beans on toast for breakfast one morning, it's been a firm favourite for breakfast here ever since, plus takes no time at all to put together. Should probably add mushrooms or something to it to get my 1/3 super free food but it just wouldn't be the same Grin

L - kimchi veg soup again (sounds weird and it is weird but tastes quite nice and is really speedy) with bread (HEB) and a packet of wotsits (4)

T - leftover chilli on a baked potato with cheese (HEA)

S - apple, cheese (HEA), toffee (2.5) and a skinny crunch (3.5)

I love beans on toast and beans and sausage on toast.
It's been torrential rain here for two days absolutely bouncing down and then in the last hour and a half this happened!!

L: Probably some salad tacos (chopped tomatoes, onions and cucumber tucked into some lettuce gems) and naked noodle.
D : Cumberland pie with spring greens and carrots.
S: some fruit and a sandwich using my HEB

T - a slow cooker chicken curry, it's a packet from schwartz so think around 2/3 syns per portion, with carrot rice and a poppadom (2)

S - apple and a slice of banana bread (2.5)
