Welcome one and all

Thanks for all joining in on last thread And hello to anyone new

Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

@wildthingsinthenight I can't stick to a day-by-day plan either, what we do is write a list of healthy meal ideas for about 8 or 9 meals, make sure we have all the things in for them and then we can just pick and choose from the list so there's never 'oh what will we have for tea, shall we just get a chinese?' sometimes the chinese still happens though

@Blondeshavemorefun looks yum, makes me really fancy a big bowl of pasta!

L - probably more of that sweetcorn soup Envy and a quaver sandwich (HEB, 5 syns for crisps and mayo)

T - cheesy pizza pasta bake with onions, peppers and nduja on (1.5 syns and 2x HEA)

S - apple, grapes and some quark with hot choc mixed in (1.5 syns) saw it on instagram so thought i'll give that a go!

B - overnight oats hex. Mango yoghurt 1/2 syn. Tsp maple syrup 1/2 syn. Raspberries, blueberries, apple
L- omelette wrap with the usual..hash brown 2 syns SW sausage free, tomatoes. Ketchup 1/2 syn
D- made tacos but I had no shells just the spicy mince, sw chips and salad. Salad cream 1/2 syn. Cheese hex

Not many syns so might have a mint and dark choc skinny whip bar at 5 syns with a cuppa later.

Hi all. I love pasta too! A bit too much. Having it tonight and must remember I only need about 75g ish really..

B- porridge hex, banana, raisins 1/2 a syn, maple syrup 1/2 syn. Tea and water.
L - will be 2 veggie sausages 1/2 syn each and onions mushrooms tomatoes in an omelette wrap. Maybe HP sauce 1/2 syn. Then an apple.
D- plan is carbonara made with 4 laughing cow light hex with ham and mushrooms and lots of veg on the side

It's nice SW is so flexible and can accomodate that

sometimes you just need all the snacks!

L - banana and peanut butter sandwich (HEB, 3 syns as wasn't a full tablespoon)

T - spaghetti carbonara (HEA plus 1.5 syns butter)

S - apple, grapes, cheese (HEA) and some quavers (4.5)

bit low on the veg front but i just don't feel like it today Grin

Blondes I'm not sure re the pasta? It's unlimited but the account I'm following on insta/YouTube always measures 75g. She has amazing losses so thought I'd do the same. Will try to have more speed than pasta tonight. Usually the pasta is piked high!

I weigh it sometimes just to get an idea of the right amount and make sure when I eyeball it I'm not doing too much, otherwise I make enough pasta to feed 24 people rather than just 4

I weighed about 75g and it was actually much more than expected when cooked. Didn't eat it all in the end.

Has anyone ever made the sw pancakes with oats and Greek yoghurt? It says to blend the oats to a flour but I don't have a blender so wondered if it would work with the oats just as they come

Yes to pancakes and a banana

I usually do 2 small handfuls of pasta

Hi everyone I used to make banana pancakes but with just a mashed banana and two eggs.
They are really good and you don't waste your b choice. I need to make them again actually thanks for reminding me.

My pasta portions are far too big!!

L-chilli and baked potato
D- chicken, leek and tarragon casserole was delicious!
A yogurt(1)
Two rice cakes (6)
A toffee meringue (5..5)
Another rice cake (3)

I maintained today on my weigh in surprised with all these bloomin snacks!

Those are the pancakes with fruit and yogurt I think I used a bit of raspberry sauce too.

well done @troppibambini6 ! weigh day for me tomorrow and i went over syns yesterday so must be extra good today!

L - sweet potato and butternut squash soup using the unsweetened coconut milk (not going to syn for the amount i'll use as i'll get 6 portions so would be 1/6 of a syn) with one slice of crustless bread (3) and cheese (HEA)

T - onion, spinach and nduja pizza wrap (HEA, HEB, 1.5 syns) and chips

S - apple, strawberries and a skinny crunch (3)

yes we found another venue same date 8 may

but

who knows if will happen :(

i need pubs/resturants in our area to go to t2 so pubs can open

but if we can get married we will, even if no reception and 15

tho would prefer 30 and food/drink
