D- spag Bol

Very low on speed but I need to try and escape and do a food shop.

JingleAndTonic · 07/01/2021 12:56

yes either way is perfect, if it's nice i'll probably replace my tins of coconut milk with the alpro in the likes of butternut soup and see how that goes since it's so much lower in syns

L - wholemeal roll with cream cheese (2 syns) and banana - amazing combo - strawbs, rasps and a skinny dream (3 syns)

T - going to try and make a version of katsu curry, chicken coated in panko breadcrumbs (4) with mayflower curry (3 syns worth) with carrot and pepper whizzed in for speed and rice and broccoli on the side

S - apple, grapes and cheese (HEA)

hoping to have shifted some of that 10lbs tomorrow but won't be surprised if it's not a huge amount as only been back on it since monday!

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/01/2021 16:27

JingleAndTonic · 08/01/2021 09:06

sounds yum @Blondeshavemorefun

3.5lbs off this week, absolutely chuffed to bits so only 6.5lbs to go to get rid of the christmas gain!

B - 40g porridge with a tony splash of milk then water, cream cheese (1.5 syns) lemon curd (1 syn) and strawberries and raspberries

L - egg mayo roll (7 syns for the roll and mayo) and some crisps (6.5 syns) and an apple

T - macaroni cheese (HEA x2) plus 1 syn for cornflour and another 1 for brown sauce

don't think i'll have any room for snacks.. a little bit over on syns but i don't mind indulging a bit at weekends since i never take the full 15 a day during the week and i'm trying to really reel it back in after going wild at weekends for the last few months!

JingleAndTonic · 08/01/2021 09:17

also my katsu chicken was really good the panko chicken worked so well in the air fryer!

weirdly i was never a biscuit person until the last couple of years and now can't get enough, I had two of the chocolate orange VIB ones and two tuc sandwiches, not great but could have been worse! would absolutely have eaten more of the tuc biscuits but there were only two left thankfully Grin

so sorry you're going through a tough time with everything @troppibambini6 Sad January is bleak enough without adding extra worries to your plate, how's your dog getting on post-op?

L - french toast (HEB) with strawberries, raspberries, banana, little bit of choc spread (1.5 syns) and peanut butter (2)

T - egg fried rice (2.5 syns sesame oil), salt and pepper chips and Mayflower curry (4)

S - quavers (4), apple and cheese (HEA)

troppibambini6 · 09/01/2021 16:46

Sorry that was a bit of a doom and gloom post earlier!...We've been for a really kind walk in the sunshine and I feel much better!

Blondes hard to say really just bickering and probably need to be a bit kinder to each other really. We had a bit of a home truths argument before Christmas and he said some things that really hurt and I don't feel like it's been properly resolved. We aren't great at communicating sometimes and tend to just brush things under the carpet every discussion seems to lead to an argument.

Jingle dog is much better today we've had to go back and forth to the vet as she wouldn't eat anything so couldn't get any medication into her. She finally gave in last night and ate the contents of the fridge!!

Sorry to derail!!

troppibambini6 · 09/01/2021 16:47

Long not kind!
