We're tier 4 too. So many schools are just closing but my sons are staying open. No clue what to do. In march I just took him out but now I have a 3 month old to try and look after too.
Gaaaaaah.
I've been pretty much on plan today so far.
I dont normally have breakfast either so its thrown me off.

B egg on toast
L veggie roast dinner
D not sure, possible a fruit salad but might have a sandwich if I calorie count instead
S hot chocolate and a wispa

Treacle it's so hard to know what to do for the best.
I snack on things like hummus and veg, ham or pieces of chicken with really strong pickled onions which I love Grin chunks of cucumber bowl of Greek yogurt with homemade raspberry sauce (just raspberries cooked with a bit of sweetener) I only use about a tablespoon.
I try not to snack all the time but if I need to I will. Snack a jack big rice cakes are only around 2 or 2.5 syns I like the salt and vinegar or caramel.

I'm not a breakfast person either so I inadvertently do intermittent fasting as well as SW 😂 always have a big afternoon snack of fruit/cheese/low cal bars/crisps to keep me going until tea so see that as my second meal of the day. Except today..

B - toast with butter and lemon curd

L - ww wrap with a one egg plain omelette and bacon with brown sauce

T - pizza from the freezer rather than pizza shop, chips and garlic sauce

S - crisps and too many quality street

from tomorrow that's it, back fully on plan, lots of fruit and veg, NO ALCOHOL, no takeaways until I get to 4 stone lost, no sneaky extra chocs - must do it!!

got the new Pinch of Nom book for Xmas so looking forward to trying new recipes from there

Back on it 100% today for me! Done week 1 run 1 of Couch to 5k (again) so will see how long that lasts haha

L - speedy tomato soup, bagel thin (HEB) with cheese (HEA)

T - creamy bolognese from the new PON book (part HEA for milk and 1 syn per portion for cream cheese) with some extra cheese on top (other part HEA)

S - grapes with lime juice (game changer) will try and scrounge an apple and a skinny whip bar (4.5 syns)

I caved and had a v small slice of xmas cake last night but had quite a few syns left after meals so think it would have been covered. Weighed myself this morning and I'm 2lbs down on the mammoth 10lb gain so going in the right direction at least!

L - speedy tomato soup, crackers (4)

T - think it'll be ham, egg, chips and beans - feeling lazy!

S - bagel thin (HEB) with cream cheese and lemon curd (2.5) and grapes and cheese (HEA), there's no other fruit to be had in the house

That's not bad I bet Xmas cake is quite low jingle and well done on the loss!

My weigh day tomorrow but my zoom is early so we weigh the day before now and I lots 4lbs so well chuffed! That's my Xmas weight gone.

The dog has gone in for an op today to remove a large growth she's 15 and I'm worried....

B-Greek yogurt raspberries and maple syrup
L-beef casserole, mash and broccoli
D-Italian chicken and orzo slow cooker thingy

@troppibambini that's good news! one of my dogs is a right snooty cow, won't let you hug her and only comes near for treats but when she last had an op she went all sorry for herself and soo cuddly so hope you're getting lots of doggy cuddles today!
