i love slimming world but it's not for everyone! i'm going to be as good as poss until xmas and then enjoy it and wipe the slate clean in jan ready for a new start 💪🏻

L - speedy tomato soup with bread and butter (HEB, 1.5 syns)

T - chilli and rice with cheese (HEA)

S - apple, nectarine, cheese (HEA) and a skinny dream rocky road (3 syns) i wanted to get the peanut butter one but it was nowhere to be seen, think i might need to order online

think 4.5 syns will do me for the day, i've had enough syns to last me the rest of the year in the last couple of days 🥴

morning!

L - leftover tomato soup and a ww wrap with garlic and cheese (HEA, HEB)

T - festive fries - chicken burger (4) on chips with stuffing (1.5), cranberry (1), brie (having as an unofficial HEA), fried onion and gravy (2)

S - fruit and Muller light crunch

will see tomorrow if I've managed to pull it back from the massive 5lb gain the other day!

1lb on which is fine, i know why! going to have my usual weekend then be really good from monday and hope i can lose it

L - a bake at home baguette with pigs in blankets, stuffing and cranberry sauce, if i can get away with the baguette being a HEB then it would only be 6.5 syns Grin

T - some pizza, a few onion rings, crisps and dips and fizz Blush got a work christmas quiz

S - will try and force an apple down haha

had far too much to drink last night and was sick 🙃 what an idiot. part of me thinks oh well at least the syns in the alcohol have evaded themselves since i just spewed it all back up but that isn't actually all that good an outlook!

very hungover today, can't face food yet but was quite fancying macaroni cheese for tea

L - macaroni cheese toastie and a brownie (HEB, HEAx2 and i think around 3 syns) not counting the brownie as it's a wee treat

T - steak pie using 4 syns of reduced fat pastry, 2 for gravy and having with roasties and veg

back to 100% on plan tomorrow

Can I join in please? I did it unofficially earlier in the year and did really well, then decided I didn't need to, and somewhere along the lines it all went wrong.

Signed up 2 months ago and have just kept losing and gaining the same 3lbs because the app isn't holding me accountable enough (I find it clunky). The last 3 weeks have been really unsettling at home, but I feel like i'm getting back on track and no more shit will hit the fan, so want to crack on before Christmas... so support and feedback 'starting again today' will be so welcome, and I'm going to read your meal ideas to help me as I have totally lost my inspiration.

Today:

B: Banana
L: Baked beans, sausages (lean aldi - 1syn for 2 sausages), on toast (B)
D: Morrisons Fishcakes (6.5) chips (home made) and green beans. Ketchup (1?)

Must try really hard to not inhale mince pie and 7 million glasses of wine.

I've been off plan because I've not been well and today is 2 years since we lost our little boy. (Middle child, he had a genetic problem and we had a tfmr).

Anyway, tomorrow I'm back on it and calling the doctor to sort whatever this is. Then going to be on plan until Christmas eve 🤞

Welcome @BeigeFoodLover I've found this thread so useful to keep myself accountable having a place to write it all down other than the app as if I don't like what the app says I just delete the entry haha, I've let my membership lapse for now just because there's no sense me spending out to only half arsedly use it for the next few weeks.

Think I'm going to fully start again in Jan too @Blondeshavemorefun but trying my best for now to behave where possible and where not then yolo, it's Christmas Grin like at the weekend where I drank too much fizz and was very very ill - thought I would avoid my usual December hangovers with not being able to go out really but there we are, had to just get one in for tradition purposes..

L - a Christmas sandwich, still obsessed, probably about 23 syns but only 500 cals!

T - pizza topped chips, SW chips, tomato puree with onion and pepper through, mozzarella (HEA), pepperoni (2), bacon and pineapple

S - apple, half a not quite ripe nectarine Envy some cheese (hea), skinny dream bar (3.5) and a Mr Kipling reindeer slice thing, I think they're 4 or 5 syns and tbh it wasn't worth it

T - spaghetti carbonara (HEA plus 1.5 for butter again) and a wee slice of garlic bread (5 syns i think)

Yesterday I wasn't amazing tbh. Today much better.

B: 2 eggs boiled
L: SW Soup, part bake roll (6) Penguin (6.5)
D: Pizza Pasta Bake from the SW app (A) Will probably dry fry a ww wrap and pretend it's garlic bread to go with the pasta bake!

Cross at myself for not using a brown roll with lunch as a B!

@BeigeFoodLover I just use all bread items as a HEB whether SW agree or not, any two slices of bread, white pittas, folded flatbreads, all fair game to me lol

L - butternut squash soup (2 syns coconut milk) and a cheese toastie (HEA, HEB, 1/2 syn)

T - an m&s ready meal, it's a tuscan sausage pasta bake which I can only imagine is absolutely full of syns with it being sausage but it's 560 calories which is fine, with some broccoli

S - apple and cheese maybe a skinny whip (4.5)
