Welcome @BeigeFoodLover I've found this thread so useful to keep myself accountable having a place to write it all down other than the app as if I don't like what the app says I just delete the entry haha, I've let my membership lapse for now just because there's no sense me spending out to only half arsedly use it for the next few weeks.
Think I'm going to fully start again in Jan too @Blondeshavemorefun but trying my best for now to behave where possible and where not then yolo, it's Christmas
like at the weekend where I drank too much fizz and was very very ill - thought I would avoid my usual December hangovers with not being able to go out really but there we are, had to just get one in for tradition purposes..
L - a Christmas sandwich, still obsessed, probably about 23 syns but only 500 cals!
T - pizza topped chips, SW chips, tomato puree with onion and pepper through, mozzarella (HEA), pepperoni (2), bacon and pineapple
S - apple, half a not quite ripe nectarine
some cheese (hea), skinny dream bar (3.5) and a Mr Kipling reindeer slice thing, I think they're 4 or 5 syns and tbh it wasn't worth it
