I’m the same as jingle

All are 6 sons to me or a b

It’s only a b due to amount of fibre

So any bread 120 clad or 6 sons I count as b

Sorry relieved I haven’t been writing food down

Semi being good

B yog and fruit

L marmite cheese sarnie a and b. Salad fruit

T chicken stir fry

S crisps 3,5. Bar 4,5

Ladies - you've just made my day (I'm just having some lovely white bread - 2.5syns each) as my B with beans on toast. I am happy!

Yesterday:

L: Cheese and Beans in a WW wrap, and some crisps - morrisons wotsits (5)
D: Tuna Steak, Boiled potatoes (roasted in the air fryer) and Morrisons Mediterranean veg.
S: Penguin

Let's not talk about the wine :(

TODAY:

B: Beans on Toast (B)
L: Cottage Pie, veg, gravy (1.5)
D:Hunters Chicken (A) wedges, salad

I'm sure I'll have a mince pie/penguin/cookie something else/all of them Blush

ah thank you @Blondeshavemorefun that's actually much better than i was thinking, had made peace with it being 28 syns!

@BeigeFoodLover it's just so much easier that way, i'm liberal with HEA choices too - brie doesn't technically count but i've taken it as an A choice quite frequently this christmas period Grin

L - the last of the butternut squash soup (2 syns) with one slice of buttered toast (HEB + 1.5 syns) and another slice with banana on (eaten after the soup as a dessert not at the same time)

T - slimming eats keema curry with rice and a poppadom (2 syns)

S - apple & cheese (HEA) and a skinny whip (4.5)

last weigh day tomorrow for me before chrimbo and i've been quite good this week so hopefully lose what was gained last week!

2.5lbs off!! but i was 1 up last week so actual loss is 1.5lbs

now off the rails for christmas Xmas Grin

Im half a pound up but that's not bad considering. This week is always tough for me and I'd sneakily weighed in the week and was 2lbs up.
Having today off then back on it until Christmas eve if I can.

2lb off - I have no idea how as I've been over my syns most days, I think it's water the week before.

However, that basically means I'm only 0.5lbs down from signing up rolls eyes at self

Today was my treat day, so of course, I'm being ridiculous and taking advantage.

L: Pizza Pocket and crisps
S: Mince Pie
D: Linguine Vongole and Garlic Bread.

@Blondeshavemorefun I'm the same now, that's it for the diet until the new year. I started SW this year on 6 Jan and for the first time ever have stuck to it unlike years where have gone cold turkey on the 1st. So think will do the same again, weigh on 6th Jan as a clean slate and go from there but keep a fri weigh-in.

wish I had your willpower @Blondeshavemorefun I had spag bol for tea and that was the first on plan thing I've eaten in days!!

Christmas Eve Eve tomorrow and we're having a curry, can't wait for it and won't be doing the usual boiled rice and a poppadom thing to keep it low syn, I'm thinking about an onion bhaji, chips, rice, naan, curry, the lot Xmas Grin

I have maintained for the last two weeks. My typical day:

B - overnight oats - made with weighed oats, mullerlight, frozen mango or berries as I am (I know mango not the best choice but I am trying to finish the packet in the freezer before I buy any more fruit)

L - homemade vegetables soup, mullerlight and banana

D - no/low syn meal from SW app or Pinch of Nom

My only thoughts so far why I am not losing is I am eating too many Mullerlights. I ate my last one today and have made overnight oats using fat-free Greek yoghurt instead. Also using frozen mango, I will switch to frozen berries once I have used up the packet in the freezer (nearly there)

Lastly I do weigh my cereal but don't measure how much milk I am using throughout the day in my cups of tea, I drink about 4 or 5 cups a day..

Any other ideas?

I did early wi. Today instead of tomorrow

Lost 3lbs. Proves if really stuck to it. It works

Problem is I can’t stick 100% as I like treats

So lost my last week gain and anothe lb

Really happy with that

As sure next Friday wi I would have gained

that was good losing 3lbs @Blondeshavemorefun ! i'm back to behaving myself today until hogmanay when i'll be cleansing myself with alcohol Grin

L - leftover smoked salmon with cubed potatoes, fried egg, bacon and horseradish creme fraiche (2 syns i think)

T - chilli with rice and cheese (HEA) and a few doritos (3 syns)

S - apple, grapes and some cheese left from the cheeseboard (HEA)

might also have one or two chocolates

Hi everyone I started yesterday. I did sw years ago and lost a stone and a half before my wedding, I didn’t stick to it though and put the weight back on!

I’m actually pregnant, I don’t usually put weight on when pregnant, sometimes I have actually lost a couple of stone when the sickness has been bad. I spoke to my midwife about it and she gave me the go ahead so I’m going to try and lose a bit, but mostly I just want to eat healthily. This is my 8th baby! I also own a busy florist shop and have animals so I really need to look after myself else I will burn out.

Anyway!

Yesterday I had

Egg on toast (ketchup but no butter) and an apple
Wholemeal Pasta and tomato sauce with spinach and Parmesan.
Salmon, rice and broccoli. I fried the salmon in garlic ginger and chilli using fry light and then added some lime and soy at the end to make a sauce, this is free as far as I know?

I think that’s both healthy extras and 2syns?

This morning I had bacon and egg sandwich on that tiny wholemeal bread!

I still have the books from a couple of years ago when i got the app but didn’t use it Blush I haven’t looked at it yet but think I remember everything.
