1lb on this morning, the sticky toffee and lack of speed is to blame! would have rathered a maintain but what can you do eh

L - greggs christmas baguette

T - party food and wine with a friend that's coming over

think next week might be a gain as well 😂😂

JingleAndTonic · 27/11/2020 08:19

weighed again and was half a pound off, how can you lose 1.5lbs in an hour 😂 i'll take it though

Treaclepie19 · 27/11/2020 12:21

Haha well done @JingleAndTonic!!

I've lost 3lbs this week 😊😊
Treat day today.

Omg I've been so bad this weekend, highlights include a dirty great chinese, leftovers of that for lunch, most of a tub of ben and jerrys (at least it was the low cal one) and two bottles of fizz! This week is mission empty the freezer for Christmas so think I might have to focus more on calories than syns as there's a few ready meals in there needing eaten!

L - roast chicken, stuffing and cranberry toastie (HEB, 4.5 syns)

T - a wee individual pizza from M&S out of the freezer, iirc it was around 550 cals which is fine but it had salami on it so can imagine it's very high in syns, with a few SW chips

S - apple, nectarine and cheese (HEA)

Treaclepie19 · 30/11/2020 10:47

I've actually been on plan over the weekend!

Sat
L vivera kebab and chips
D soup, rice and bread

Sun
L quorn roast
D halloumi roll
S snowman and hot chocolate

Mon
B yoghurt and fruit if I get around to it
L veggie pasta
D pitta pizza and chips

Really hoping for another good loss this week because I want to get to half a stone.

Blondeshavemorefun · 30/11/2020 16:31

B toast b butter 3 marmite fruit

L pasta pot 1 fruit

T salmon rice veg

S crisps 3,5 bar 4.5

OP posts:
JingleAndTonic · 01/12/2020 09:03

B - advent calendar choc (1syn) Grin

L - banana and peanut butter sandwich (2 syns)

T - M&S sausage pasta bake, no doubt syn central but it's about 550 cals, the pizza last night was 19.5 syns!!

S - apple, nectarine, cheddar (HEA) and a muller light crunch (2.5)

JingleAndTonic · 01/12/2020 11:02

change of plan having a simply cook balinese chicken curry so that's just three syns for coconut milk, the wee pots are like stock so doubt there's any syns in them!

Treaclepie19 · 01/12/2020 15:28

I'm calorie counting today because I got stressed out and had wotsits and a kit kat chunky. Under 1500 cals for the day.

B yoghurt
L cheese, onion and mayo sandwich with spicy wotsits
D fishless fingers, mash, veg, parsley sauce
S white kit kat chunky, advent calendar chocolate and a snowman

JingleAndTonic · 02/12/2020 11:06

it's nice to have the backup of calorie counting when over syns @Treaclepie19! I may or may not have found my hand in a tub of roses last night with it being the 1st of dec Blush but only had 4 so can't be too bad

L - lentil soup with bread and butter (HEB, 1.5 syns)

T - another simply cook recipe, beef ragu tonight with parmesan (HEA)

S - apple, nectarine, cheddar (HEA) and a muller light crunch (2.5 syns) then probably a few more roses later on!

Treaclepie19 · 02/12/2020 11:09

@JingleAndTonic definitely. It makes me think. I was way over my syns but had only had 1300 calories. Definitely worth doing on days when I've gone over!

JingleAndTonic · 03/12/2020 10:36

Definitely, it's also interesting to see on days with lower syns as I've found although I've only had one or two I could have gone wild on the free foods and been a bit over calories

L - tomato soup with some leftover pasta thrown in and a small sprinkle of cheese on

T - a chicken wrap with cheese, red onion and nandos sauce (HEA, HEB, 1/2 syn) with some SW chips and broccoli

S - apple, nectarine, skinny whip bar (4.5 syns)

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/12/2020 15:22

Struggling this week. Will be a gain Tom

OP posts:
JingleAndTonic · 03/12/2020 20:35

me too @Blondeshavemorefun just hoping it's not too bad because I think it'll be a gain every week this month for me

usually I last a few weeks at a diet in Jan so this is my first festive period actually trying to keep at it but it's proving very very difficult

JingleAndTonic · 04/12/2020 10:37

gained 0.2lb so calling it a maintain Wink

B - peanut butter and banana toast

L - crisp roll

T - a pasta ready meal and chips from the fish and chip shop (leftover from the chipper everyone else had last night)

S - crisps and dip 🙈

Treaclepie19 · 04/12/2020 14:47

Well done @JingleAndTonic! Maintaining a this time of the year is good!

I'm on treat day for weigh day. 2.5lbs down this week 😊

B nutella on toast
D pizza and party food while putting the tree up
S mince pies, chocolate and whatever I fancy 🙈 Maybe a glass of Baileys 😁

Blondeshavemorefun · 04/12/2020 18:18

Treaclepie19 · 07/12/2020 13:42

Didn't do well on Sat but got back on it yesterday and today.

B fruit and yoghurt
L cheese and onion sandwich
D spaghetti and quorn meatballs
S chocolate and hot chocolate

JingleAndTonic · 08/12/2020 21:51

need to sort myself out, eaten nothing but shite because i'm on AL so no routine of work, had a christmas sandwich, packet of crisps, four cookies, some chocolate orange and a chippy tea today which is naughty after yesterday's mcdonalds and a weekend of treats. just sneakily weighed myself and i'm 5lbs up on friday ☹️although it's the end of the day rather than first thing which won't help

going to reign it in tomorrow and thursday as a bit of damage control before properly facing the music on friday! need to get back on here with actually writing down what i've had as it helps me a lot and i'd like to get back to where i was before xmas so i can enjoy it guilt free

Blondeshavemorefun · 08/12/2020 22:50

Oh @JingleAndTonic 💐

You have done so well

Where as I keep losing and gaining same 3/4/5lbs ☺️🙄

OP posts:
Treaclepie19 · 08/12/2020 23:11

Don't beat yourself up @JingleAndTonic. You've already done so well! You can do this :) A few days won't ruin it all.

I'm not enjoying slimming world I must say. Considering fully calorie counting or maybe even a complete change to weight watchers. I'm signed up til Feb though so going to try and continue.
