Welcome one and all

Thanks for all joining in on last thread And hello to anyone new

Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

Today I will be having -

Breakfast - Raspberries, Blueberries, Oat Waffle (HEb)and Light &Free blueberryyogurt (0.5 syns) with skinny maple syrup (0.5 syns)

Lunch - Leek and potato soup. I add carrot for speed

Dinner - Housin Beef and roasted
veg (2 syns)

3 syns altogether so lots of syns left for a glass of wine (or 2) and a Freddo tonight 😊

Hi ladies!

AWOL for a while and my diets been atrocious as all I have wanted to eat is carbs carbs carbbbbbs - gained 8lbs so far in this pregnancy and I'm only 10 weeks, gained all of that the last 4 - 5 weeks too 🙄😂

Nausea has eased off a little so I'm going to try and get my self back on it now and control this weight gain!

B - tea (a) and an apple
L - jacket potato with cheese (a) beans and salad
D - pasta n sauce (0.5) with quorn sausages (1.5) extra veg and salad. Had a garlic bread (b) with a little cheese (a)

S - salt and vinegar ringos (3)

Update -

Also had 2 skinny crunch (b) - making a conscious effort to now work to the pregnancy plan which allows 2bs and 2as

Also had a skinny whip (4.5)

😋 OH is on nights usually i struggle to not raid the sweets and chocolate cupboard but I'm stopping now and happy that it's only on 9.5 syns

you're growing a baby @Bl0ndi3 gaining a few lbs is to be expected especially when you can only face certain foods!

feel as though I have a cold today (not corona symptoms!) and have another day off so eating is difficult again, really struggle without the routine of work but back tomorrow so hopefully will bring it back.

L - cheese and onion sandwich filler (don't want to know the syns, surely the cheese can count towards HEA) in a wholemeal roll (HEB) and some quavers (4.5)

T - another M&S meal but this one not quite as high in syns, having the count on us four cheese ravioli in tomato sauce (9) and maybe a few chips as don't think it'll fill me up on its own!

S - banana, strawberries and there's talk of ginger loaf with low fat custard later on..

slap on the wrist needed, not weighing this month so after today I'm going to knuckle down and get myself a good result on the 27th!

got to say though the quiche last night was bloody delicious, worked out the reason it was so syntactic was that there was still a crust on the bottom, it was only crustless on the sides! which is a bit of a swick really but thoroughly enjoyed it regardless 🐷

Was meant to be out for friends 50th in few weeks but obv can’t

So I said let’s celebrate early. Original plan was sun sea etx - girls long weekend in the sun but that obv got cancelled in March

So doing meal tonight for her

I know I know but it's an 8lb food baby at the minute!!

Just going to hope to maintain for as long as I can now any losses are a bonus but not aiming for any. Midwife has said it's fine to lose weight on slimming world plan though.

B - bagel thin (b) with cheese spread and a tea (a)
L - jacket potato with cheese beans and salad (a)
D - iceland no porkies burger (anyone idea on syns??) with butternut squash chips and salad (3 syns for sauces) (b)

Not sure on syns for the burger but LOVE them and I'm sure it won't be too high.

are they the pulled pork ones @Bl0ndi3 ? they're the only ones i can find on the app but if it's them then 6 syns which isn't bad cause they look a decent size!

@JingleAndTonic oh thank you so much and yes it is pulled pork ones - tbh 6 syns is way more than I thought but I've been loving them since being pregnant for when I'm craving burger haha so it's worth it!

Not had any syns today yet either so happy to spend them on one of those. Thanks again lovely ❤️

Back on being good today but trying to use my syns more as I've been a bit silly about using them the last few weeks

L - cheese and onion filler in a wholemeal roll (HEB and have discovered it's 4 syns for two tablespoons which isn't nearly so bad as I thought!) with an apple and a packet of quavers (4.5)

T - meatball pasta bake (HEA) using the M&S 3% fat mini meatballs, syn free! looking forward to trying them

S - muller light crunch (2.5) strawberries and some pomegranate

T saw meal. Not sure what one. Have a few in freezer

@JingleAndTonic for a vegan burger I really enjoy them, salad on the bun, some sweet chilli sauce and a bit of garlic and herb sauce 😍😍😍

B - tea (part a)
L - leek and potato soup (3.5) with 2 slices of wholemeal bread (b)
D - creamy Cajun pasta (a) (2) with salad and a garlic bread (b)

S - almost a whole bag of carrot batons today haha some dipped in a bit of cheese spread (other part a). Salt and vinegar ringos (3)

S - strawbs, pomegranate and a muller light crunch (2.5) obsessed with them, might also have a skinny whip bar (4.5)

L - creamy cajun pasta (a + 2)
D - buffalo cauliflower wing salad (4)

S - skinny crunch (b) and a hot chocolate (2) are my planned evening snacks

I will preface this by saying I have a 6 week old and am rushing about like mad.
B coffee
L cheesy pasta salad and 2 hifi bars
D veggie sausages, chips and veg
S wispa, freddo, hot chocolate made with milk

Im 3.5 syns over but calorie wise still okay thankfully! Scoffed the freddo impulsively while comforting a newborn for the 2nd hour of crying fits.

didn't weigh this morning as doing my no weigh nov and probably would have been a gain after my behavior this week

B - coco pops with banana and strawbs (6, HEA)

L - leftover meatballs in a toastie with cheese (HEA, HEB)

T - some sort of coconut chicken curry DM is making (3 syns for coconut milk) with rice and a low fat naan (think it was 5 but will check)

S - might have some more ginger bread with custard as a not weigh day treat Grin

I weighed this morning after 4 days on plan I've lost 2.5lbs. I changed weigh day to todsy hence the short first week. Today is my day off now so I'll be right back on it tomorrow!

D - wrap or pitta pizza (a+b) with slimming world chips and salad

S - I loved my hot chocolate last night with a bit of light squirty cream so I'll be having that again for 3.5 syns with skinny crunch (b) and some carrot batons throughout the day to stop me snacking on other stuff.

@Treaclepie19 congrats on the newborn good on you for even sticking remotely to plan 🏅 deserve one of those haha x

I have my dating scan on Friday next week and I am so so so anxious about it! Trying to keep myself occupied.

@Blondeshavemorefun well done on the loss xx
