Fruit with muesli for breakfast
Sushi for lunch
Chicken livers with mushroom, onion, garlic and chilli on a bed of rice with aubergines and peppers mixed in for dinner tonight

L - a cheese savoury roll (HEA, HEB, 1/2 syn mayo) one of my favs from the bakers so hoping i can do it justice 😂

T - keema curry with rice, poppadom (2) and mint yog (1/2)

S - apple and cheese (HEA) and some pineapple

Bit of a disaster today- was good up until just now, got caught in the rain on my way home, got the bus and sat stuck in traffic for over an hour, cold and wet and pissed off, so I bought a bag of chips from the chip shop on my way home Blush

not the end of the world, a few meals won't ruin all your progress until now!

my day turned completely different to what i had planned.. lunch became a pasta salad (HEA cheese, 2.5 syns for dressing, 0.5 syn crispy onions), tea was a ham and pineapple pizza wrap with chips (HEA, HEB) and i had about 10 mini crackers 😬

so today:

L - tomato and basil soup with a couple cream crackers (4)

T - the keema curry i was meant to have last night! with a poppadom
or two if i'm being realistic (4) and some mint yog (1/2)

S - apple and a fibre one popcorn bar (HEB)

Really disappointed had a good week on plan - no alcohol either (normally would get me a good loss)
This week a measly 0.5lb off 😬
Had fruit and coffee for breakfast
No lunch as was too busy
Tonight having chicken breast with home made potato cakes, sprouts, mangetout and aunergines

well done @JaceLancs a loss is a loss at the end of the day, never know it might catch up next week and you'll have a big loss! it's disheartening when we don't get the results we hope for though Sad

i feel like i might have a gain tomorrow, feel so heavy and bloated and not really had enough speed this week/keep finding my way to the crackers, just a few a day but not been synning them and it all adds up!

B - banana
L - jacket potato, prawns and salad (2)
D - double cheeseburger, chips and salad (HEA + B, 2 syns)
S - skinny whip (4.5), sweets (2.5)

Ending on 10.5 syns

Been a bit awol but back on plan, I couldn't face gong this week plus it's half term so would have been a bit of a pain...
I've also got back on 16:8 the last few days and it seems to be working.

L-soup
D- maybe chilli

We are having a little celebration for dds birthday tonight and have so much junk in the house (including 24 Krispy Kreme donuts) we are also doing Halloween (as much as we can) tomorrow so a challenging couple of days as sugar is my absolute nemesis!

I've lost 1/2lb which I'm pleased with!

B - sweet rice, basically made porridge but with rice using milk (HEA) water, sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla and grated apple, it was nice but a lot of faff for breakfast as it took ages to cook! a good alternative if saving HEB though and tastes like rice pudding

L - tomato soup and ryvita (HEB)

T - going to make pizza dough out of sr flour and yog (8 syns) and top with cheese obv (HEA) and pepperoni (3) and have some chips - I really want a dominos tbh but determined to behave myself as much as I can from now until December when I'll let loose!

S - probably biscuits Grin

i've been so bad this weekend, the pizza was the start of a very slippery slope, my meals yesterday were good but in between i ate cake, chocolate, hot dogs wrapped in pastry (they were mummies 😂) 😩 then today i was starting fresh then went ahead and had another big wedge of cake because it was just there! ffs!!

b - cake 🙄

l - bacon and cheese wrap using reduced fat pastry (4.5 syns and HEA)

t - veggie egg fried rice and mayflower curry sauce (4 syns)

Morning! Well that was a bloody awful weekend. Well it wasn't it was lovely but I ate everything in sight.

Message from our consultant last night saying we are back to zoom meetings as of next week... not sure what to do, I hate zoom but if I don't sign up I do feel like I will end up being rolled out of this next lockdown plus I love the scannerGrin

agreed online membership is great!

not the best day for me either, calorie wise not too bad but syns absolutely through the roof 🙄

b - toast with butter and jam (3 & HEB)

l - a co-op christmas sandwich, cheese and onion crisps and a muller light crunch yog which are delicious (22.5 syns just on lunch ffs 😩)

t - went to m&s to stock up the freezer and we've decided to have ham and cheese crustless quiche tonight with chips and veg which comes to around 18 syns...

so really not my finest at all!!! but i'm off work today and went into town to the shops which usually would have ended in a big breakfast/lunch out so this is better and tomorrow is a new day!
