ooh also had a NSV, bought some new pjs from Next in a size L thinking that was a bit risky as usually I would always go for an XL but they were too big so ordered an M which were also too big.. now I have the S and they fit perfect, not too tight still loose enough! I haven't been a size small since I was 14/15. I think tbh they are quite generous in sizing for the pjs and I won't be off to the likes of Boohoo or Topshop ordering the size small gear but still I'm pleased with that Grin

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/10/2020 11:07

Fab you are in small pj

Lovely drinks. Head a bit woozy and only had 3 !! Well almost 4

Gained a lb. not surprised

Abs yes the scanner is fab. I dithered about joining online and got a deal last time that was think £15 a month so £3/4 a week

The app scanner makes things easier

That's good blondes glad you had fun!

Jingle basically you can scan the barcode of anything and it will tell you the syns.
If anyone needs anything scanning and synning let me know it works on a photo so post a barcode.

troppibambini · 23/10/2020 13:40

Sorry jingle well done on the loss!

JingleAndTonic · 23/10/2020 14:18

Oooh I see, yes I love the scanner on the SW app! I thought you meant an Aldi app that you scanned and paid for things with your phone instead of the scanner trollies was so excited lol - might suggest that to supermarkets you know!

A pound is nothing @Blondeshavemorefun you'll have that off by next week

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/10/2020 15:55

Sorry jingle!! Although your idea sounds fab maybe you should go on dragons den?!

I know I probably shouldn't but I'm having a night off. I'm drinking wine and opening packets for dinner.

MummyInTheNecropolis · 24/10/2020 08:14

Just got back from a week away at Butlins. Dread to think how much I’ve gained 😫. Going to try and limit the damage as much as possible this weekend and get back on track.

JingleAndTonic · 24/10/2020 16:47

T - chilli mixed with pasta and topped with cheese (HEA)

JaceLancs · 26/10/2020 11:03

New to this thread - I’m struggling losing at moment
I started SW nearly 3 years ago lost 5.5 stone but never got to target (10lb away)
Last year put a stone back on - this year another stone on!
I’m now at loss of 3.3 with 3 stone to go and need help!
Breakfast I have either porridge or fruit and yoghurt
Lunches are soup, salad or jacket sweet potato, sometimes left overs
I am hoping for evening meal inspiration - I’m also gluten free, don’t enjoy the substitutes so just avoid bread, cakes, biscuits pasta etc - I don’t enjoy rice or potatoes either
Last night we had mushroom burgers (giant mushrooms baked in oven with lean mince and chopped onion pressed on top) melted cheese from healthy A with a side of sweet potato fries and tender stem broccoli
I’m also trying to limit my alcohol intake to syn limits but not easy when I’ve had a stressful week

Blondeshavemorefun · 26/10/2020 13:39

Welcome @JaceLancs

I’m struggling this week ans only Monday. It’s half term and nice food and activities on

Went to the park. Dd 3 in the mud - we had hot chocolate and marshmallow and bacon in a bun

And I had breakie. So think this week I’m going to try abs be good but things will get in the way so I’m better off accepting that and start again next week and not dwell on the syns

B toast b egg bacon

Hot chocolate and

L bacon butty

T tom and veg pasta cheese a

Welcome @JaceLancs think we're all prone to not feeling motivated with food, especially just now with the weather turning a bit more bleak and being put back into more restrictions Sad I'm trying to make comfort foods SW friendly but it is a struggle to keep away from the biscuits just now! But how can you not enjoy rice and tatties?! Two of my most fav things Grin

@Blondeshavemorefun god that is a lot of mud 😂 looks like a lot of fun!

@MummyInTheNecropolis well done on loss!
