Ok so I bloody need to stick to this. I'm planning on a lovely hol over Xmas/ new year 23 weeks to lose 2 1/2 or 3 stone.
I always do half a week and then complain it's not working quick enough.Anyone want to join me and give me a kick up the arse from time to time?

Yes me!!!

I'd like to lose 2 stone. Can't get back into it since I ran London marathon in April ( lost 3 stone with sw prior to that)

I darent weigh my self yet so I'm guessing 2 stone

I'm with you too.
I've been going for about 8 weeks and all I've done is lose one week and gain the next. I'm going away at the end of August and want to lose as much as I can before I go.

Yes! I haven't actually joined a club yet but am seriously considering it to give me the kick up the arse I need! We're getting married in 3 months and heading to Hawaii for honeymoon, I do not want to look like a beached whale and spend the whole time fretting about how I look. Chocolate is my weakness! I'd like to lose 4-5 stone, I know that's not possible before the wedding but I want to get started and make a change for life.

Also, I recommend the Twinbody app, it's a really good community of people who will encourage you and cheer you on with weight loss/getting healthy in general.

I would like to join, please. Fitness levels have improved greatly but I am still eating like a Labrador, need to loose 2 stones..maybe 3.

Well done girls 😊 ok booked a hol now so 5 weeks of serious dieting and exercising. If not will have nothing to wear as DEFINITELY not buying any more clothes!!

Can I join you all, I'm a target member of slimming world but seem to have fallen off the wagon somewhat! I'm half a stone over target now and need to get back into the zone and have a holiday in two weeks time and another booked for the end of August!! I just can't bear the thought of feeling uncomfortable in my clothes .. I know it's not as much to lose but could really do with a little support.

Weighed in at 11st 11 this morning 2 stone to lose for me. Focusing on holiday in 5 weeks so that I can fit into my clothes!

Joining to back to group Wednesday trying to ease myself back into food optimising mode. Put on so much weight I can only for into a tiny part of my wardrobe feel very sad 😞.

Today went well.... Planned nothing so had none of the right food in. Sugary cereal breakfast. Boots healthy meal deal. Pad Thai takeaway for dinner after an unexpected 12hr shift! Am currently ignoring the bottle of wine calling my name from the fridge. Gah.

Will try harder tomorrow!!

Lovelymonkey that's a great idea to come on here if we're tempted. I'm dreaming of wine at work and G&Ts but I work in school and have had enough 😳 out Fri and will be drinking but I think that's the only blot this week. Good luck everyone
