Ok so I bloody need to stick to this. I'm planning on a lovely hol over Xmas/ new year 23 weeks to lose 2 1/2 or 3 stone.
I always do half a week and then complain it's not working quick enough.Anyone want to join me and give me a kick up the arse from time to time?

Boiled eggs ..... great for snacking and really help to keep me full. i am usually a little bit hungry but the weeks i do it i always loose more.
Maimeo so do i, pile my plate up with veg etc but i think sp works so well because of the no rice pasta pots etc.

I'm 3lb down this week and can feel the difference! Still doing the daily abs via you tube and lots of water 🙌 eggs and salad are the way forward for me..

Yeah eggs are defo my go to snack. They really fill you up.

I walk to work and back. It means i clock up 25 miles a week just gettin to and from work. I know not everyone can do it but it really makes a difference and help me de stress after a bad day.

I also lost 3lb this week! I had my first weigh in yesterday. I definitely feel more motivated to lose more now.

I think I need to drink more water though and definitely exercise more.

Helllooooo I'm doing ok. It's bloody slow. You're doing amazing well done!
I've lost 5lbs now. 3 weeks til hols so am going to try extra hard this week. I find after menopause weight gets a bit stuck

That's great! 5lbs is actually heavy when you feel it in your hands... ive lost the same amount as my baby weighs n he's heavy! Grin
I've heard the slower it is to come off the more chance it stays off (my consultant said) I'm yet to find out if it's true though!
I'm going to try the 777 challenge this week. 7 cups of water, 7 different speed, 7 syns each day. I hope it will shift this belly before I have to order new work uniform 😂

Ive not heard of 777 either! Think I might try it, u can see how it would boost your losses. I’ve lost a couple more pounds, I’m so happy I’ve kept going. Keep it up all and anyone please let me know how you do on 777!

The only successful SP meal I have are eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes for brekkie and 'KFC' chicken and salad. I activities hate them because I like my CARBS Grin even 2 HexBs don't cut it...

Nearly a week since anyone's posted! Just read last post about 777 challenge so here goes, will try starting tomorrow. How did it go last week? I'm 11.5 lbs down now, small but steady loss every week
