Ok so I bloody need to stick to this. I'm planning on a lovely hol over Xmas/ new year 23 weeks to lose 2 1/2 or 3 stone.
I always do half a week and then complain it's not working quick enough.Anyone want to join me and give me a kick up the arse from time to time?

Morning all.. back from the Dublin wedding and I ate and drank far too much 🙈 had a cheeky weigh in this morning and I'm back down to where I was at last official weigh in at group the weekend before so... if I'm really good until Saturday now I may just have a loss on the cards 😂

I list another 2 last night! Just 4 till target, although I have a load of things planned in the next week, none of which are sw compatible so will probably have a gain.
Bigfoot we roasted a gammon joint on Sunday to have with roast chicken, used the leftovers with chicken stock and 2 cans of peas and it was delicious.
Have you tried pulled pork in the slow cooker? Syn the bbq sauce or find the sw Diet Coke sauce recipe? I also love skinless chicken thighs, lean bacon, cannelini beans and chopped tomatoes in the slow cooker. Some chilli flakes and smoked paprika help too in there.

Well done lovely 🎉 I love the SW BBQ pulled pork recipe for the slow cooker using passata and other bits. I can find the recipe if you like @bigfootfred

I make the sauce then put it in the slow cooker with the meat that I don't seal because I'm lazy 🤷‍♀️😂

Lost 2lbs!! 🎉Nearly fell off the scales in shock😂 celebrating with a wine and dairy free lasagne tonight! Then back on it tomorrow! I'm only 1st 1lb away from target and I'm hitting that at Christmas 🎄 (hopefully 🤞🏼)

Well done woo!! Great stuff. How is everyone? I've had a whole week of eating absolutely non stop and loads of wine/deep fried things Confused so didn't get weighed today! Really need to draw a line, I've planned some meals and had done well today but have just 'fallen' into the kids snacks Blush
God I'd be so great at this if I didn't have these monumental slip ups every few weeks! But I have faith that I'll be back on the wagon soon x

Well done woo! Input in half a pound last week 🤦‍♀️ considering I'd spent a week in Ireland eating and drinking I'll take the half a pound! Back in zone this week even though it's half term. Weigh in tomorrow am .. hoping for a loss of some sort!!

I'm really really struggling at the mo!! Have utterly failed to get back on track m and have put on about 6 pounds in a couple of weeks. Sorry for the pity partySadSad
It's just I've yoyo'd so much in my life and really wanted to crack it this time.

Hey don't be disheartened tomorrow is another week just focus and start again. How many weeks until Christmas? Wouldn't it be great if you lost a pound a week between now and then.. always think of the end goal. A pair of jeans that would fit by then, a little party dress you've been trying to fit into. Never give up 🙌

Right then.. new week new goals. What you going to do differently this week to help with the weight loss? Me: I'm going to do the school run in the car and then come straight back and take the dog for a walk/jog 🙌 back home for 10am and do 10 minute abs.

Well inspired by you why not I've set myself an 8 week Pre xmas plan and now feel so fired up!! I'm food optimising and making daily exercise goals. I did my davina (shudder, so irritating) dvd and am about to walk the school run again.

That's the spirit 💪 we can shift a good few pounds between now and Christmas!! I've just had a posh lunch invite in the diary which means I have just 5 weeks to shake off some of this weight 😱😱😱 I'm going to be so bloody good!!!

Beef and red wine stew for dinner tonight 2 syns per serving. Good hearty evening meal and my second attempt at this one which was absolutely delicious last time.

Ok so you've got 5 weeks, let's go! I'm really going to try to not avoid social things but not turn into a waste disposal unit at the merest hint of wine and non-sw food!

I got my 1 1/2 stone last week🎉 I've not had the best week this week but it's done now 🤷🏼‍♀️ I've got Xmas do on 1st Dec so I'm sorting myself out! I'm aiming for another 1/2 stone by then🤞🏼
What are we having next week food-wise?
