Ok so I bloody need to stick to this. I'm planning on a lovely hol over Xmas/ new year 23 weeks to lose 2 1/2 or 3 stone.
I always do half a week and then complain it's not working quick enough.Anyone want to join me and give me a kick up the arse from time to time?

I had another off Saturday 😖 whoops! But got my stone and a half award last week and it’s so motivating! Bought some new clothes and can really feel the difference so am getting right back to it.

Well I've eaten my body weight in French pastries.. back from holiday and have 13 days to shake off some weight before the next one 🙈 I'm going to try very hard!!!

Morning all.. I've stepped on the scales and it's not good 🙈 it's frightened me enough to eat nothing but fruit/omelettes and salads from here on!! No wine just water water and more water. God help me 😆

🙈 oh no! Try some SP days (if you don't starve 😂) my week is full of meals from the new Take 5 book - life is so much easier with less ingredients 😂

I feel like I've done really well Hmm I need 1/2 a bloody lb to get my Club 10. Nearly cried last week when didn't get it Angry
The new recipe book is quite good but I've not been drinking lots or eating fruit so I'm not holding out much hope. How's everyone else doing?

Are any of you buddies about? I’m feeling shite, put on 3 last week and instead of that giving me a kick up the arse I’ve been bingeing ever since. I’m going to get weighed on Thursday but am worried it’ll do the same and I’ll end up doing what I’ve always done, put the weight back on.
Please someone motivate me! I was doing so well and it’s all just gone to pot. Again. Can anyone tell I’m a tad sorry for myself this evening?

Better? 😂 don't worry too much... there's three full days before your weigh in and Thursday itself (depending on when you weigh) you can pull something back!
Do you have a meal plan for the week? I think you should plan all three meals and at least one snack for each day - then stick to it.

Right then reel it in lady!! 2ltrs of water a day for starters...!! I'm doing this from tomorrow am (currently drinking bloody wine). 4 days of fruit, eggs, jacket potato's and veg not much else! 🙌🙌🙌

Feeling the tough love Grinthank you ladies! Yes I need to sort myself out. I’ve had a lovely evening eating and drinking and watching films and am now going to plan tomorrow’s food. You're welcome Grin start afresh tomorrow and try not to feel so guilty---- Halo I need to eat a bit better this week. DS is broken (not literally)Sad he's not napping or drinking his bottles and GP recommend feeding him every 1hr 30min... what about feeding me?
I've got some good meals in my planned this week though Grin

Right then girls today is 4 days until loft off.. I'm not getting on the scale until Thursday am which is the day we fly to Portugal. I have to salvage some of this weight gain by then.. 💪 water, fruit, jacket potato and omelettes for me this week and no blooming wine!! Who's with me 🤣

Thank you Smile It wasn't that bad last night thank god! Also ringing HV to help me fix him today haha!
Water bottle is full, I've got muesli for breakfast and salad for lunch 🎉 I'm on lamb hash for tea too (from the new book).
Stay away from the wine! Haha

Well I did loads better today. Felt bloated and awful from several days of takeaways wine and all sorts but have taken the advice and tried to forgive and forget and start again today.
I’m going to get some food diaries (maybe sos logs) from group on Thursday and have a great week. Until then I’m just going to do my best (and not hope for any miracles, I know it’ll be a gain after last 2 weeks.)

Hi all, would love to join Ye.... deciding to start slimming world again, but not able to get to a class so trying to give it my all from home. Really want to give it 100% this time, but find I’m good for few days then fall off waggon. Need to stay focused this time. Back to work this week after summer off so it’s the kick I need to get back into routine and healthy eating!!!
