Ok so I bloody need to stick to this. I'm planning on a lovely hol over Xmas/ new year 23 weeks to lose 2 1/2 or 3 stone.
I always do half a week and then complain it's not working quick enough.Anyone want to join me and give me a kick up the arse from time to time?

Heya it's been a while! How are we all doing? I've been getting weighed but not staying to group because DS has been ill but I miss it! I'm definitely staying on Sat Grin
Is it a new mag whynot? I need some new food ideas! This weeks meal plan is a bit boring....

Doing ok thanks .. weighed myself this morning and I'm slowly going down. Had a very sad monument yesterday when I realised my whole size 10 wardrobe doesn't fit me!!! I'm not buying more clothes.. I have no choice but to get this weight off me lol. Have a new gym re-induction today to get me back in the gym 🙌

Yes I have I know what to do I just have to actually stick to it this time!! It works when I do. I have about a stone and a half to shed. I’m going to weigh in tomorrow morning at home - I don’t have time to get to meetings. And I’m starting a note book version of food diary- it works for me writing everything down.

Hi everyone sorry for radio silence! I'm doing good, just 8 pounds to goal! Wooo! Had a bit of a prosecco related over syn day yesterday but otherwise I'm quite motivated. I did a cottage pie yesterday using lentils to bulk out the mince, it was a good 'un.
Glad to see you're all still in the game! We can really get focussed for xmas now.
Does anyone eat many hi fi bars? I really think they're crappy but have a few and have already had 2 today for a bit of a sweet fix.

Wow well done Lovely sounds like you are doing amazing! I like the Hi-Fi Bars, I have one for breakfast after I came back from Swimming (too stiff to go to the gym ..) I believe they count as a HEB on Slimming World.

Aching quite a bit from the new gym programme so opted for 20 lengths today instead in the pool and a quick soak in the steam room - I needed it. Have my lunch planned out for today (tuna salad) and piri chicken for tea. Feeling motivated.

Ok I had my first day on plan yesterday in ages. I am happy-I’ve batch cooked a ton of carrot and butternut soup, to counteract any late night munchies. I’ve done some pasta sauce too. I’ve got my note book on the go, and that is helping me keep track- I’ve even ordered myself a fancy pans Slimmkng world food diary book online- treating myself to that with money I’m saving from long to the meetings. I don’t tolerate sugar very well and that’s my big issue so it’s finding mildly sweet fixes while curbing the sugar intake. Good luck all.

Best of luck @bigfootfred. I've done myself an excel spreadsheet similar to the food dairy - I find my writing is too big to fit in those small boxes!! I've complete it daily all week so far, interesting how many syns you can have without knowing.. took the kids to kfc after school yesterday we were on the go all afternoon the good news is I managed to resist temptation 🙌

Anybody got any low syns options for pizza express- I’m going tomorrow night- they have light menu now so I’m thinking of going for the tomato based pasta thingy on there- but if anybody can recommend anything low sun but a bit more interesting that would be good!

I've been crazy busy putting weight on but I'm ready to sort my shit out. We are going dairy free in our house as DH has just been diagnosed lactose intolerant and so is DS! I'm hoping the lack of yummy cheese helps Hmm fingers crossed Grin having slow cooked beef casserole and LOADS of veg for tea so I'm using it as a good staring point for my week.

Sounds like everyone is doing good. I'm hoping to be closer to target on Thursday as I've been doing a few sp days (madly ignores Saturday night wine and lasagne related synning Blush).
I've been wary of sp days but actually they cut out lots of crap and I've got less shaky/hungry feeling before meals, I guess the dips in blood sugar aren't as extreme as you're having more protein. Also it allows you 2 hexb choices which makes life a bit easier.

Guys! It all went wrong 😫😂 went completely off the rails last week and didn't weigh in on Sat 🙈
Had a good few days since though. I'm off work this week and I'm eating less so I best see a different on the scales!
I had an SP day yesterday and it wasn't that bad. I'm having another on Thursday 👍🏼
