Hi all. Haven't ventured onto this thread before but here I am, with a question...
I've been doing SW for a week and a half now and tonight is my first dinner out since starting (eek!) I've managed to persuade the OH to go with a chain restaurant for ease of syn-ing. We're off to Nandos...
Normally I would have a chicken in a pitta, chips and corn on the cob, but with an eye on my speed foods I'll get a green salad as one of the sides. Following that my options are:
- Chicken in a pitta (18 syns) plus corn on the cob (free) OR
- Butterfly chicken (3 syns) plus chips (15 syns)
Both add up to 18, which I'm ok with as I've not had any syns today and only hit 5 on Thursday and 4 on Wednesday. But which should I pick?! Are some syns better than others? I'm inclined to go with the butterfly chicken, chips and salad but surely chips can't be OK?
