I've just had 2 lunches 
Both on plan but I don't think that having 2 is strictly part of the plan!
Think I'm due on so that explains it, but I know I've let myself do that because I lost 3lbs last week and I'm feeling a bit cocky, even though I'm trying not to be!
Will try to be good for the rest of the day. Dinner is sweet potato curry (the Iceland SW one) and lots of veg, tiny bit of rice.
Have some yoghurt and apple/pear to have later too.
