Evening all, 3 pounds off for me this week, 13 in 4 weeks and so only 1lb needed for my stone award! I'm speechless, really thought maybe 1.5lbs if I'm lucky but crikey.

Double lookin forward to my off plan no holds barred takeaway on Saturday night now Grin

Now to get that dinner on quick smart!

Someone tell me about these fabled porky lights! Have never laid eyes on them! Where are they stocked?

Home from a stressful day at work but straight in the kitchen to chop, peel, grate and bake! Am really enjoying it! Also had a big test on Friday night, my daughters were invited to a party and the food was takeaway pizza, my absolute FAVE!!!!! There's was loads left and the party host was offering it round to all the parents but I resisted!! HaloThink that's a first!!!

I've had a pretty good day, weigh in tomorrow, I need 1/2 pound to get my stone award, I'm pretty confident I will get it (famous last words!) we are having a taster night as well, I've made houmous, tzatziki and vegetable crudités.

Food today:
B - banana
L - spaghetti bolognese and salad
D - cheesy paprika chicken with rice and lots of speedy veg (cheese was HEA)
S - mango, pineapple, muller light fruitopolis (0.5), breadstick (1), mayo (1)

Will have some pufts (3.5) and a hifi (HEB) in a little while

Cheers all! Taking ever ounce of self control not to have a great big treat tonight! But I've decided that to award myself for weight loss with food would be counterproductive.

Have stayed at 10 syns today too as planned. Want to be 10 syns Max each day to compensate for the Chinese at the weekend.

Anyway, dinner tonight was slow cooked pulled pork, carrot, swede and potato mash, green beans and coleslaw (7 syns).

Great job basin ! I weighed in this evening, and lost 2.5lb- taking me to 6lb in the first two weeks. I'm really happy because I've had at least two treat nights last week (70syns+) but have really upped the body magic, including starting the couch25k today. Got a dinner planned of 51 syns- but i follow the 'use 105 until they're gone' rule, even if it means having a few very low (or no) syn days. Hoping to be a bit more on plan this week though

chanandler porky lights are sold in Asda among other places and taste just as good as any full fat sausages! Buy them if you can but there's often an empty space where they should be!

WI for me tomorrow after another up and down week. Mostly on plan food wise - but once again too many temptations when it comes to wine and beer, especially when I go out. I have gone just over on weekly syns I think so I will be in trepidation as I step onto the scales!

Really admire those of you who are getting big gains but I try to tell myself that slow and steady is working for me as it means I keep with it and it's gone in the right direction every week except Christmas. I don't have too far too go so certainly by Easter I hope to be at target.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow!

See,I can take or leave Pizza, but omg what I would give for a bag of Sainsburys jam donuts! 💜

Today;
B yogurt, a pear and banana. Cups of tea.
D raspberries, mango, cherries, mini meringues
T; steak, jacket potato, peas,mushrooms,tomato. Breaded mushrooms Blush
assume they are loads of syns so just had a hifi bar and butter on potato.

lavender breaded mushrooms are 8.5 for 100g, so you should still be under with a hifi for 3 and butter 2 ish

4lbs off for me this week. Which brings me to my 1 stone mark. I didn't stay for image therapy and just weighed in so haven't got a certificate for it yet.
Basincut you're just 1/2 behind me in same number of weeks. Well done to us both Smile.
Really pleased with the loss but I do think I'm losing a bit too quickly and I'm scared I won't be able to sustain it. Tbh, I don't think I've followed the plan properly this week and have under eaten rather than over eaten. I ran out of fruit and veg mid week and ended up eating too less rather than going off plan and have missed a few meals too. I usually meal plan quite diligently but didn't this week so although I lost, I don't feel too proud of myself.
But I've shopped on the weekend and will make a meal plan today for the rest of the week. Hoping I can lose again next week without occasionally starving myself.
