Hi everyone. Had a tough few weeks but lost 3.5 pounds so far. Not great but better than nothing abd am totally on plan now
I had a lay in today. Lunch was chicken, carrots, broccoli, yorkshires, slimming world roasties, gravy and 1 stuffing ball (13 syns)
Snack - clementine, blueberries and a muller light
Tea was boiled rice with peppers and mushrooms also a mini (prqctically minute) malteser bunny for 2 syns
Then had 250ml semi skimmed milk and 2x hifis
Snacked on a slice of ham
A lot of food and not sure if ill lose eating thst much but ive stuck to my syns and healthy extras so ought to, the point of free food is to eat as much as you need? And the fruit/veg is good
Planjing a sw theme chippie tomorrow - sw sausages, sw chips, mushy peas and the sacred sw chippie style curry sauce i managed to find in my local iceland after months of searching!
