Morning campers.

I like the mint hifi bars, they kept me away from the sweets at Christmas. They used to do a peanut one, in big bar form which was the mutts, I miss that one. It was like a naked snickers. Don't like the salted caramel ones.

Going to go see my kitchen plans today, very excited.

Rocky Road hifi bars are too die for, gives my chocolate fix but aren't they tiny? 😅

Back from work now, overnight oats and a sleep next.

ClashCityRocker · 04/02/2017 11:27

Haha I think the packaging may have given me unrealistic expectations. They were OK, but don't think I'll be buying them again at £1.95 for six.

Today's food plan:-

Brunch:- heb wholemeal toast, baked beans, poached eggs with mushrooms for speed.
Tea: steak, SW chips, salad, mushrooms and tomatoes for speed with 4 Syns of peppercorn sauce.

woozy I have a spreadsheet - I love seeing the lbs to target go down.

summerblonde · 04/02/2017 13:36

After my least motivated week yet, although I've stick stuck to plan... I've had a sneaky little weigh in (2 days early) and lost 2lb, so happy. It's been a rough week. 11lbs off in total.

Happy Saturday all xx

summerblonde · 04/02/2017 13:37

*still stuck

SpaghettiMeatballs · 04/02/2017 16:58

My DCs love making little muffin pizzas so guess what we've just made and am now watching them eat! One of them would go down well right now!

OwlinaTree · 04/02/2017 18:03

Hi all, feeling a bit better today. Have been out and about today, unexpected nice weather here.

B Mushroom, tomato, chicken and cheese omelette, blueberry wheats.
L jacket and beans in cafe
S ryvita and cottage cheese
D steak and sw chips, Mushroom and tomato. Berries and yoghurt. Maybe a freddo.

ALemonyPea · 04/02/2017 18:04

You had me at pizza. Mmmmmm pizza.

I've hardly eaten anything today, I'm starving and can't wait for my tea.

Going to my mams for dinner tomorrow, she always likes the plates too high and then forces pudding on me. Going to have to stay firm tomorrow and hope the pudding isn't something I'd like.

OwlinaTree · 04/02/2017 18:33

How did you make that groovee?

Groovee · 04/02/2017 18:42

Used the recipe from the fake away book. Weight watchers high fibre wrap as HEB and 1.5 syns for creamy garlic sauce.

Stupid question time. Is there a list of SW recipe books anywhere? My class doesn't have many on show.

TheImprobableGirl · 04/02/2017 19:00

I have the pie of all pies ready to go in the oven Grin

groovee that looks yummy. Not sure my consultant has them available to buy at group. I looked through the takeaway one but was uninspired by the recipes. The curry one is epic though, some really nice looking stuff in there. I've only made one (lamb madras) so far but it was delicious and really really didn't taste like diet food.

I've had no lunch today and am starving. I did have a big breakfast of 2 x small loaf toast with 2x extra light laughing Cow and 2x poached eggs, and then chopped apple and strawberries with a dollop of full fat Greek yoghurt with honey.

But since 9:30 all I've had is 2 black coffees.

Dinner is a paprika chicken and rice recipe from Tasty with I've made SW friendly but then added chorizo. It smells amazing and I'm hoping it's ready soon before I eat my own leg.

Well done summer sounds like you are getting back in the groove.

Groovee · 04/02/2017 19:11

The pie and paprika chicken sound lovely x

BasinHaircut · 04/02/2017 19:14

Will post a pick when I dish up. I've just remembered I've not had my HEXA so I'm just having 30g cheese while I wait!

OwlinaTree · 04/02/2017 19:31

Thanks groovee. I'm surprised it's not lamb meat.

Groovee · 04/02/2017 19:41

So was I Owlina. The one in the magazine this month is lamb x

Frouby · 04/02/2017 19:55

Evening all

Pie looks lovely as does the kebab.

Been a kinda off plan day today. Sigh.

Left it far too late to eat due tl chores and being out and about. So had a wodge of ham and a bag of cheese and onion crisps at 3pm. Sigh. I need to get more organised.

Have had a beautiful chilli con carne tonight. Just a made up recipe but was absolutely gorgeous. Loads left to freeze too. Had it with boiled rice and half a small flat bread. Which I had to try as dp was raving about how nice they were.

1 can of lager and 1 g and t too. Will be over on syns today but not by a massive amount and not a lot of food really.

ClashCityRocker · 04/02/2017 19:57

Can you get 5% lamb mince? I can't find it anywhere.

I do miss pizza, I must admit.

Steak was lovely, had it with loads of mushrooms and salad and tomatoes in balsamic vinegar with 4 Syns of pepper sauce.

BasinHaircut · 04/02/2017 20:03

clash a butcher may mince some lean lamb for you but no I I don't think you can buy it readily.

Dinner was amazing (even if I do say so myself Grin), paprika chicken and rice. I used risotto rice and it came out beautiful. Will definitely be making again.

All these meals sound gorgeous.

Never seen 5% lamb

LavenderRains · 04/02/2017 20:22

Some lovely recipes on here today!
I survived the night shift with a chicken sarny, Mango and a hifi bar.
Todays menu
B porridge (hexA&B)
No dinner as sleeping after night shift
T lamb steaks, jacket potato mushrooms and veg. More mango and a yogurt.

I'm actually addicted to mango at the moment, can't get enough of it. Why can't it be speed??Hmm I guess it's better than a chocolate addiction!

Frouby · 04/02/2017 20:24

Clash have you tried m and s? Or ocado? I know I have seen it somewhere.

WoozyWooo · 04/02/2017 20:38

clash think I'm more excited about seeing that go down than I am to see the pounds lost go up 😂

Other half cooking tonight. Chicken rice and corn on cob ... yummy!!
