Well done Lemony. That's a fab loss especially when you consider how slow it has been for you lately.

I am pissed off. Poorly broken toe last week and a poorly eye this. Been to docs and it has to be bad for me to go. Some type of infection so basically conjunctivitis but it is only in 1 eye which I found strange. Vision a bit blurry too which is concerning me. Typing this with poorly eye closed.

Anyway. Todays food.

B. Coffee
L. (Just now!) Salad and crabsticks
R. Roast lamb, veg and potatoes. Been meaning to have it since Sunday and really looking forward to it.

Hifis will be b choice.

Well done lemony, that's great! I'm convinced I've not lost this week. I'm starving today, had my soup and fruit lunch and went for a walk. Have had to have something to keep me going till weigh in, having a mug shot. Seemed to be the least bad option and it's nice and warming.

I'm doing very well at resisting wine tonight - 31st January is usually my New Year's Eve! Haven't got any in the house as I knew if it was here I'd drink it.

I feel a bit bloated today which is annoying me. I'm also a wee bit constipated. I've been having my hex b though so god knows why. My WI is Thursday, I'll be peeved if I haven't lost as I've been positively angelic all week.

Can I join? I think I have joined and left before!

Been doing SW for a year. Just shy of 3 stone lost, I got my 3 stone award but have gained since.

Lost 0.5lb at WI this morning. Have had a cheat meal this afternoon (I'll never learn!) but hoping the next 6 days on plan will lead to a good loss this week. I have a stone and half a pound to target.

Hoping posting here will keep me on Plan!

Hi looking at joining slimming world but would have to do it online as unable to attend meetings due to DC and partner working away. Does anyone know if I join online do I get all the information I need on the website or do I need to buy the gold package to get the books etc any advice appreciated thanks.

Yup, next week will be my third weigh in. Guess it's my body getting used to all the vegetables!

Not sure what you get online goosey but I think some of them on here are online members so I'm sure someone will know.

Today's food has been:-

B Weetabix (hex b) with skimmed milk (hex a)
L I had the Weetabix quite late, so just a muller light, melon and a banana
T chicken stir fry with oodles of veg, some dry noodles and a splash of soy sauce.

littlepink wow 3 stone is great.

If you are new to SW then my advice would be to start with the books. There is also an online members forum - which is QA time with SW leader... very informative and gives you an opportunity to ask anything you might need some help with. Works for me - I lost 4lb in two weeks.

Giraffe, I have the same amount to lose until target. Let's do it together. I'm hoping to get it by the end of March, if not sooner.

Goosey, I'm not sure how much packages are. Would it be cheaper to just get the basic SW package and buy the books off EBay? Unsure of costs. I find the books are good to read than the internet.

goosey I'd go to a group for the new members talk and get the books there. If you can find a voucher you can get them for a fiver then plus get talked through it all. Then just join online after.

Just had an amazing dinner. Lamb madras, rice and mangetout. 1.5 syns for packet pilau rice.

Someone might know where there is a voucher currently, but usually in women's magazines I think. No it won't matter if you don't go back loads of people do it I think.

I didn't stay to class as I was feeling crap. Won slimmer of the week as well.

But if I hadn't come home, I would have missed the phone call I have been waiting on for 19 months. Having my endoscopy at long last on Tuesday morning.

Thank you. Had horrific reflux and it's under control by eliminating so many triggers. Hoping to find out if I have a hernia too. Typically Dh has Monday off and not Tuesday x

Stayed the same this week! I knew I'd had a lot of extra syns on Saturday, but I looked back over my food diary to see what is been eating. I had lunch out 5 times last week! Although I chose on plan stuff like omelette and jacket, there's always extras when you eat out, maybe I need to allow a few more syns when I eat out. Also I had lunch at a friend's so that was sandwich type stuff. Plus wine etc on Saturday. So that probably explains it! Going to be a bit more focused this week, fx for a good loss.

That looks amazing Basin.

I've had off plan lunch after WI, stir fry with noodles and Aldi stir fry sauce (3 syns for half a packet).

Have tomorrow planned so hopefully will be fine. My down fall tends to be Saturday nights.

I have been doing a 30 day sit up and push up challenge so have just completed 36 of each - day 18 today.
