New year & new start

I'm on it 100%!

Have 3 stone to lose, aiming for 1lb a week so all going well I'll be there by September

Have lost 1 stone 8 so far but haven't been motivated recently but I'm completely in the right frame of mind now and I'm going to do it

I've ordered 2 new sw cook books (curry one & fakeaway) and bought the 12 week journal so I've got some new ideas to try

Just weighed my healthy extras which is something I haven't done in months.

Today's plan
A - milk in coffee/cereal
B- wholemeal bread

Breakfast - scrambled eggs on toast
Lunch - tuna jacket & salad (2 syns Mayo)
Dinner - porky light sausages (1), mash, veg, bisto (2)

I've had a good couple of days. Have tried to up my free food intake by having strawberries and raspberries in my yoghurt and snacking on fruit through the day. Had an inspection at work yesterday and the boss bought cakes today which I managed to resist Halo You never know, I may have shifted an awesome half lb this week!

Ah! Fat loser, you do make me laugh. Ate spag Bol before getting train to hotel. Arrived at hotel- starving! Went to Tesco and was so tempted by everything. Had 1/2 brownie earlier. Managed to find a packet of sweet chilli chicken chunks, which are free! Also bought some light mayo - quite pleased I was able to resist chocolate muffins (my nemesis)

Thingy and loser you both sound like you're doing a great job avoiding temptation.

Becky the holiday sounds fab. And definitely not worth scrimping while on hols. We are off skiing the first week in feb and have a wedding the weekend before we go so that will definitely put an end to my dry Jan!

I've been pretty good this week and stayed under my syns. I've been having a banana in the morning and then a late breakfast of beans on toast and then a free lunch of leftovers (today's is courgetti with veg and free homemade sauce). I've got an indoor ski lesson later so will have a healthy dinner after that and then tomorrow I intend to batch cook some meals to get me through next week.

My weight keeps fluctuating my a pound so I really want to whizz past these next few pounds and get the numbers moving down.

Well and truly off plan today! Eaten so much crap on this course and in hotel! Going to be much better tomorrow!

I am currently sat in a Cheesecake Factory. Have ordered barbecue chicken ranch salad - can't wait! Apparently over 1000 calories - how can salad be sooo much? Sod it - it's my treat!

The salad of dreams! To be fair I gave DH all the stack of onion rings (bar two little ones that jumped into my mouth) and I left a fair bit of it so hopefully wasn't too bad.

Not so impressive for me today as away for work.
Just had a burger with bun and half a milkshake.
Way too much fat and salt today. Actually feel sick.
Can't wait to get home!

Well done on getting back to it. Not easy. I'm terrible at getting back on the wagon once I've fallen off. That's why I haven't allowed myself to even have a sniff of anything synful for nearly 4 weeks!!

Loser - no syns in 4 weeks is amazing discipline!

I made that chubby cubs salt and pepper chicken again last night. Went a bit lighter on the chili this time and it was much nicer. Might do another skinny roast later. Will see how hungry we are later on.

Weigh in on Monday so want to behave the next few days.

After 2 days off plan I am back on it. Starting with a SW breakfast. Weighing on Wednesday so hoping to undo some of the greasy lard bomb I ate!

Not much!! I weigh again on Monday but according to sneaky weigh in this morning I've lost maybe 4lb since 2nd Jan. Actually that's only 3 weeks I think...how could it only be 3 weeks since Christmas? It seems like months!!

I'd love to join in.
I'm starting from home, although have been to group before. I've bored myself bleating on about my weight, and now really need to do something about it.
I also have a whole gorgeous spring wardrobe that I've clung onto - it's sizes 10 - 12 though, and I've gone up to 16 - 18. I'm living in a pair of jeans and white top / black dress and tights, so limited options.
I must get into them for spring, and am determined.
Keeping it on the quiet for now, so this group would be fab.

Spag carbonara tonight done SW way.
Milk HE with 2 syn options hot choc

I have this water bottle by my bed. I've just looked and it's all mouldy! Urge

Welcome southern! Sounds like a good plan. I have quite a few bits in my wardrobe that are too small. Refusing to buy more until I can comfortably get into a 12.

I've had a decent weekend. A few treats but not gone over syns. Need to plan a few meals this evening to keep me on track this week. And will be drinking water like it's going out of fashion today ready for weigh in tomorrow!

Off to a terrible start today. We had a team breakfast at work and I ate two mini cheese and ham croissants, a mini cinnamon swirl and half a chia and fruit yoghurt pot. Recon it was about 20 syns in total (hopefully less). I didn't really have many syns this weekend so I'm probably alright but will need to be saint like for rest of day! Pastries were delicious though 🥐
