Ooo our Cosmo is really good, not dared go since started my SW 'journey'! I always went for the tandoori oven meats and the bit where they cook your choice of fish and sea food fresh in front of you. Never had room for pudd after several plates dinner!
I love that hot sauce, there was a chicken recipe in a SW mag a while back using it. Will dig out tomorrow, it was amazing.

Had some low alc wine during gbbo, first time watching this season .
I love my exercise, especially spinning classes, body pump and hiit training. Also do dance lessons and some running. Just entered a 10k. My new job is quite active too so hopefully will up the step count,but less proper daily walking as can no longer walk DC to school
